His friends knew about them now, would that end up being a good thing or a bad thing? Will she finally see just how much happier she is?
Vanesa (5/13/20) Today Alejandro and I were giving out our invitations. We got them a few days ago but have been busy but we are finally able to give them out today.
We had already gone to my parents house, Alejandro's parents, and most of our friends. Next we were going to Joel's house hoping to find Christopher there too. I knew Alejandro wanted Zabdiel to be there too but I knew that if he was it would all be terrible. Not for me but for him.
We knocked on Christopher's door and not long after he opened it and gave us a smile, but it wasn't his usual smile. I don't know, it was just different.
"Hola Chris. Cómo estás?"
"Bien. Pasen."- Chris moves to the side to let us in and that's when I saw them all
"Hola chicos."- Alejandro waved to them excited
"Hola"- they all turned to see us and waved, Zabdiel looked at me and smiled but went back to what he was doing not even a second after
They all seemed...uncomfortable and I don't know why.
Alejandro and I sat down as the guys paused their game. Then we just sort of started at each other not knowing what to do. Finally Alejandro spoke up.
"Bueno pues nosotros solo vinimos a dejarles la invitación de nuestra boda."- he smiled and took my hand in his, they all smiled back but one after the other looked at our hands and their smiled slightly faded
Zabdiel didn't even look at our hands before his smile faded. He looked away not long after and I couldn't help but feel as if my heart was sinking, I just wanted to hug him and never let go.
"Bueno pues aquí están chicos."- Alejandro said as he handed each one of the boys an invitation, including Richard and Erick
"Nosotros también estamos invitados?"- Erick said as he smiled at us and pointed to Richard and himself
"Claro!"- Alejandro smiled at them and they said thank you, we stayed at there house for a while before Alejandro thought it was time for us to leave
Before we got out the door Alejandro said he had to use the bathroom.
"Chris? Esta bien si paso a tu baño?"
"Claro, pasa."
Once he was gone they all looked at me and smiled. Erick then pointed at Zabdiel and I.
