I continued messaging Tendou on my way home. He told me about how he got bullied a lot when he was younger, and that he played on Shiratorizawa's volleyball team in highschool. Then he started to ask me about myself. I told him about how my vocal cords were damaged in an accident when I was little, and that I could now only make little noises, and say small words if I tried hard enough. He sent me a sad faced emoji, 'it's okay, that was like it was like sixteen years ago. Besides not having a voice gives me a better perspective on life. Like how you shouldn't judge people, and that everyone is different in their own ways'. Satori didn't answer for about 3 mins, but then he said 'That's beautiful Y/N, there should be more people like you in the world. Your so sweet and have a wonderful heart'. A smile spread across my face, a tear or two slipping down my cheek. 'Thank you Satori, really. I have to go now, but you can text me later, okay'? All I got in return was a winky face. I stepped through my doorway, into my house. The door closed slowly, shutting with a little 'click'. I looked around and saw the house was empty. Just in case Kuroo was home though, I pressed the Broom button. I have the Broom button so that way if I got home later than Kuroo, or if there was something I needed him for. The lights all over the house lit up, signalling that I was home. It was silent for a moment, and then there were a few light thuds upstairs. I walked up the stairs, following the noises. It led to me and Kuroo's room. the thudding stopped, so I shoved the door open. Kuroo was lying on our bed in his underwear playing on his phone. I smiled and walked over to him, plopping down on top of him. He nuzzled into my hair, "Hey baby, how did the interview go"? He asked sitting up, so I slid onto his lap. 'It went really well. I got the job and I met this dude named Satori Tendou. He's super cool' I moved my hands around Kuroo's chest. He smiled down at me, "I see the Broom Light is coming in handy" he said, smirking. 'Yep. That was a great idea, good call babe' I signed. Kuroo laughed, "Let's go make some dinner, I'm starving" Nodding in agreement, I jumped off the bed and ran down the stairs, I tripped on the last step though and face planted. There was some shuffling from upstairs, but It was most-likely Kuroo putting on clothes. I started to cook dinner, Cold Soba, yummy. By the time I was done cooking dinner, Kuroo was still upstairs. 'He's still putting on clothes'? I thought, pressing the broom light. There wasn't any sign of Kuroo, so I pressed it again, then again. Continuing to press it until I heard him groan, "Coming" he yelled. Sighing in relief, I went back to the kitchen, making a bowl of Soba. Kuroo came down a few seconds later, 'Nice of you to finally join me' I signed, making an un-amused face. He let out an uncomfortable laugh. "Yeah, sorry. I couldn't decide on what to uh- what to wear". I didn't question him, I mean Kuroo does take his time when it comes to hygiene and looks. Not that he cares what people think, it's just something he uses to impress himself. We sat in silence eating our Soba. Kuroo finished eating and stood up, "Babe, I promised to meet up with Bokuto and Kenma, we're going to go watch a volleyball game at his house". He didn't give me time to respond, he was already out the door. I was confused, but I didn't chase after him.

I got ready for bed, Kuroo still wasn't back yet. He had been acting strange lately, but I just assumed it was because he wasn't playing volleyball like he did in high school. I mean we did just graduate like two years ago. Kuroo wasn't a fan of his team growing apart, so he kept all of his friends as close as possible. It just seemed weird that he was distancing himself form me. I mean come on, I'm his girlfriend, not some ex-volleyball club member. As I drifted off into the sweet world of sleep, I saw the Broom Light go off, indicating Kuroo was home. I didn't care though, I was to tired, so I stayed in bed. Kuroo came into the room a few minutes later, he looked sweaty. I shrugged it off, assuming that he just played a game or two of volleyball. He climbed into bed, spooning me, I shoved off though. I hated getting spooned. I prefer to be on top of them, lying on their chest. Or when they would just let me be big spoon. This made me mad, Kuroo knew fully well that I hated getting spooned, but instead of leaving me alone he just cuddled up to my back.
