I opened my eyes to see that I was all alone and everyone was gone. "Mom? dad?" I called feeling confused that they left me alone. 'maybe they just went out for a hunt?
I thought but then I kept rememberinfather a Flareon kept saying. "I don't know I'm not ready to be a father yet. Having her was an Accident I can't do this." And my mother a Umbreon would get upset with him "Well what are we to do? We can't just leave her on her own" and they would argue all day about it. 'why doesn't my father like me? Does he hate me?
I thought sadly at least my mother cares.
she would always hold me at night and sing me to sleep. I knew that she loved me but my dad would just always avoid me and look the other way when I tried to meet his gaze then I remembered just yesterday when my dad came home alone crying and I asked him "Daddy... what's wrong?" But he never answered me he just went to his bed alone and cried himself to sleep while I waited by the door for my mother to appear but she never did.
I started to feel sad as I waited for them both to come back. Many hours went by and now the sun was going down and no one came not even my father I closed my eyes feeling depressed and all alone. 'when will they be back? I miss them! I thought sadly.

The next day arrived and I was still alone waiting by the door Then feeling worried I decided to go out and look for them I slowly walked outside seeing the world for the first time the sun was very bright and the forest was Beautiful I ran out then I felted scared. 'What if run into a bad Pokemon? I thought then shook the thought away. 'I need to find my parents! I started wandering off through the woodland when I heard voices of other Pokemon I looked to see a group of Espeon all sitting in a Circle with their heads bowed as if praying then what caught my attention was when I saw my mother lying on the ground in the middle of their prayer circle I ran up to them and interpreted. "Mother! I found you!" I ran up to her and nudged her but she didn't move in fact she felt cold and I didn't understand. "Mommy? It's me wake up." Then an Espeon grabbed me roughly by the scruff hurting me I yelped as she dropped me. "You stay away from that evil dark type! Don't you know their Darkrai's shadows!" I felt shocked "My mom isn't evil." Then I got slapped in the face by one and I started crying then another Espeon walked up "She was born from a dark type, how do we know she isn't possessed?" I felt scared and I tried to run away but I was picked up off the ground by one using its power he was a male Espeon he put me down and all the other Espeon bowed to him and I realized that he was the only male here thinking maybe he was the leader. Then one hissed at me "Bow down to him he's our leader show respect." I then bowed my head then he spoke: "She was born a by a dark type which is a great sin she will be punished for it later but she is just an Eevee normal type, this is a sign from Arceus that we must raise her as our own and to show her our way of life. The only way to live in life to be with Arceus in the end." I shot my head up. "What about my father? I want my father!" He glared at me and then cuffed a paw over my ear.
"Do not ever speak to me like that it is very disrespectful I am the leader." I felt shocked. "b.. But my mother told me everyone is equal." He hissed "Your mother was a dark type and was wrong!" He turned to the others "Burn her body and send her to Darkia's cave where she belongs." I watched as they set her on fire and watched her body burn I started crying. "Momy! What are doing to my mommy?!" Then he grabbed me and carried me away leaving the other Espeon to continue with their ceremony then he took me to a place where there were much more Espeons and carried me to a rock and then put me down. "I am Hollycloud leader of this place. This is our camp and your new home." Then he called out "Espeons of daylight please gather around to listen to my words." Everyone walked out of their dens and I felt scared as all the eyes fell on me, some were looking at me with puzzled expressions while others were glaring. Then an Espeon spoke up. "Umm, Hollycloud who is she? And where did you find her?" Hollycould answered, "She was the Umbreon's child and now has no home." Shocked gasps came from all around and a different Espeon hissed "Are you crazy bringing her here? kill her! She was born by darkness!" He yelled out making everyone go silent. "Yes, it is true she was born from a dark type! But she is still only an Eevee, I think Arceus may want us to guide her paws on the right track so she can become one of us!" The Espeon was still giving a hostile glare "She will never be one of us! She'll always have darkness in her heart I say we kill her now! Or you'll regret it later!" I felt really scared and confused I didn't know these Espeons or why they hated me, or what reason they had to kill my mother.
I started trembling with fear then Hollycloud went on. "Well, Apollo I am the lead Espeon and the law is what I say goes. And I say she stays with us, now I'm going to make her a bed with the other Eevees and when morning comes I'll give her the first lesson she must receive as a new member of the tribe." Then he gave a wave of his tail dismissing everyone. I followed him to a hidden burrow where there were two more Eevees I felt shy as they both looked at me and Hollycloud left me alone with them. "you will sleep here tonight and tomorrow you will receive your first lesson." One of the Eevees walked up to me "Umm, who are you?" He asked and I frowned "Oh, I
I'm... " I frowned not remembering my name. 'Mother used to call me by something but what was it? Then I remembered, "Oh my name is Solarina." He blinked. "That's a nice name in Athena and this is my little sister Mystic." She frowned "How long are you staying here?" She asked and I sighed. "Well, I don't want to be here, I want to go find my father." She looked a bit puzzled as she blinked her eyes. "So, you're not loyal to Arceus? It's kind of an insult to our lord." I frowned "Well does your lord approve of my mom being killed?" I asked and they both looked shocked. "What? but killing is a sin is it not?" Athena asked. And Mystic looked shocked. "Hollycloud killed your mother? Why?" She asked looking a bit lost. I explained what happened and how I was left alone and I found them burning her body then how Hollycloud wouldn't let me go after saying I must learn this way of life.
They both looked shocked Athena frowned. "Oh, I'm sorry to hear about your mother." But Mystic looked down. "Was she by chance a dark type? Because Hollycloud believes that they are born from Darkia's shadow." I rolled my eyes. "My mom wasn't born evil she was an Eevee like me and chose to be an Umbreon and there's nothing wrong with that!" I hissed and they both looked taken aback. Mystic frowned "You're just upset right now. Look I'm sorry it must be hard for you but dark types are evil and can't be trusted." I felt shocked hearing that. "And you believe that?" Athena let out a sigh "I hate to say she's right but it is true and the longer you stay with us the sooner you'll realize your mother made a mistake in becoming a dark type." I stayed quiet not wanting to comment on that. 'so even they think it was right to kill my mother? My innocent sweet mother who loved me very much. feeling alone and rejected I went and lay in the corner facing away from the other two Eevees closing my eyes. 'I can't stay here. My father is still out there probably looking for me maybe he's worried? Tomorrow I'm escaping.
