Nova's POV
Yesterday was very fun. We had a surprise sweet-sixteen, and it was amazing. Our entire family was there. And trust me, that is a lot of people.
It was amazing. The party was nice, and everyone was there. We had danced all night, and came home at 6 in the morning. Oct, Fiona, Harry, mom, and I had crashed, and we all woke up at around 5 in the evening. Then, we just chilled, watching movies, and slept at 1, having slept all day, none of us were sleepy.
I have school today. Yay. I think. Don't know, but I think. Because, well, school means Satiana, Satiana means Riley, and Riley means Jake.
I get onto the bus with Oct. We sit next to each other again, and talk about yesterday, as well as other things. Riley, Jake, and Satin(Satiana) don't bother us. Not that I'm complaining.

"Bye." I say to Oct.
"Bye Nove." she says back to me, walking the other way.
I crash into something. Nope, someone, and the person drops their phone.
"Sorry." I say to the person, picking up their phone. Looking up, I see a guy in a blue hoodie and faded blue jeans.
"Its ok. I wasn't watching where I was going." he says.
"Neither was I." I reply. He chuckles lightly and I hand him his phone.
"Are you new?" I ask. "I've never seen you around before."
He nods. "Yea. Today's my first day."
"Oh, that's nice. I've lived in here all my life." I say.
"Wow. I like the town. It's nice and calm, but I'm always moving." he says. I let out a laugh.
"Yea, but trust me, there is a LOT of drama happening within these walls." I say, pointing out a girl and a guy fighting in the middle of the hall. He just chuckles and shakes his head.
"Michael." he says, putting his hand out to me.
"November." I say, shaking his hand.
"Nice. Lemme guess, born in November?" he asks.
"Ha! How did you guess?" I ask, acting shocked.
He chuckles again. "Which way's your locker?" I ask him.
He looks at a his phone for a few minutes.
"229." he replies.
"Oh, right next to mine!" I say. "Come on, I'll show you the way."
We walk to our lockers.
"Do you play a sport?" he asks.
"Yea. You?" I ask him.
"Same. What do you play?"
"Soccer outside, Volleyball in school." I reply.
"That's nice! I love volleyball." he says.
"What do you play?" I ask.
"Obvi volleyball and basketball."
"Nice."
"Yea."
We reach our lockers. Opening mine, I shove my backpack into it, grab my binder, and put my phone into my back pocket. Michael does the same thing.
"What homeroom are you?" I ask.
"Umm...room number 216."
"Hey, thats mine!"
"Ha. So guess you can show me where that is then?"
"Let's go."
We start walking towards the stairs.
"So, who are the popular kids?" he asks.
"Well, you have Satiana AKA Satin. Then my ex-best friend, Riley. And my ex-boyfriend, Jake. Satin and Riley have minions." I reply.
"Woah. ex-best friend and ex-boyfriend!" he asks. I nod.
"Yea. I saw them uh, um ya know. making out in the library after school one day." I say, looking down.
"Hey, hey." he says. "Don't think about it. I say my ex cheating on me with my best friend and my worst enemy."
"Wow, two people?!"
"Yea. Its crazy. I loved her. A lot. But guess it wasn't meant to be." he says.
"I thought I lov-"
"Nove!" I hear behind me. I turn around to see Oct coming up to me.
"Hey Oct." I say to her.
"Woah! You two are twins!" Michael says next to me. I look at his face and laugh lightly.
Looking at Oct, we both say "Yup." at the same time, making sure to pop the 'p'.
"Woah, that's sick." he says.
"Ha. Except when people confuse us." I say.
"Yea, actually though." Oct agrees with me.
Michael laughs. "Michael." he introduces himself to Oct.
"October." she replies.
"Born in October?" he asks. Oct and I both nod.
"How is that possible?" He looks visibly confused.
"She was born on Halloween, at night, and I was born a few minutes after her, the next day in the early morning." I answer
"Ohhhh." he says.
"Yea, and if I don't get to homeroom right now, Calous will take my life." Oct says, running up the stairs. I chuckle.
"Run Oct, but don't let Sandler catch you." I warn her.
She salutes me with two fingers. "Got it sis. Bye Michael." she says.
Michael and I walk up the stairs. "Don't worry, you'll get used to both of us." I say.
He nods. "I have a sister." he tells me.
"Oh? Older or younger?" I ask.
"Younger."
"Aw! How old?" I love younger kids.
"Fourth grade."
"That is so cute!"
"Yea. She is amazing."
"I love kids. They have the best life." I say.
"I know right! No work, no SAT, no shit. Man, I wanna to back to that age when everything was easy."
"Yes! Same." I say as we walk into homeroom.
I sit in my seat as Michael goes to talk to the teacher.
