"This again... Why..." [name] thought to herself as she looked around. Looking at how her body was laying on the cold hard ground in the middle of the road once again. Remembering so clearly how this nightmare had haunted her previously.

How she nearly drowned herself in the bathtub. How scared she had become as she looked around once more.

The same place. The same event happening once again. It felt as if she was being stuck in a loop of her life and it was out to torture her to death as she placed her hand against her abdomen where the scar was aching once more.

Her left hand resting upon the handle of her nichirin blade as she looked at herself.

"It's cold..." [name] thought to herself and slowly opened her eyes. She looked around and noticed how she was laying down on the cold hard ground, in the middle of the road. Sitting up as she looked around, only for her to notice how she was clad in her demon slayer uniform with her nichirin blade not too far away from her.

She looked around and found how the place was demolished. Buildings were destroyed, cars were flipped and some were on fire. [name] then pressed her pink-tinted lips into a fine thin line as she pushed herself to stand up.

Walking over to where her nichirin blade was, grabbing hold of it and noticed how it was covered in blood. With her hand moving as it was used to doing such a thing, she swung her nichirin bladed to get rid of the blood and proceeds to place it in the cast that was strapped against her white belt.

She looked around once more, trying to find out where she was. Only to hear the sound of shouts coming from the opposite direction of where she was facing. Turning her body she proceeds to take off running with her hand easily placed on the handle of her nichirin blade.

She was familiar with it.

Her heart pounded hard against her chest as she quickly ran and eventually ended at the cross junction of the road she was running along. Her electric blue eyes widened as she looked at the bloodied bodies of her comrade.

And there, the demon who had taken her child away from her was looking straight at her with his pair of blue eyes.

The same intimidating aura filled her senses as she felt the blood within her veins turning cold. Her hand shaking as she tried to grip hold of her nichirin blade to pull it out, only for her to struggle.

Watching as the demon got closer. Watching as her surroundings turned dark. Her pink-tinted lips parted as the demon was right in front of her. The distance not much as his hand reached out and grabbed hold of her neck.

Unfortunate as pain surge through her body.

And [name]'s eyes widened when she was teleported to where her other self was previously. Her heart pounded hard against her chest as the demon gripped her neck tightly, his nails piercing through her skin.

Only for her to gain the courage and whip her nichirin blade out, slicing his hand off from his arm, releasing her from his hold. She coughed as she staggered back, placing her left hand gently against her bleeding wound.

Her breathing got difficult as she stared deep into his pair of blue eyes. The same pair of blue eyes that had been haunting her ever since. The very reason why her child was gone.

"It's been a while... I have killed countless of demon slayers, but it has been too long ever since I last saw you. I was wondering if you are alright or you were dead with the guilt," he spoke out and [name] pressed her lips into a fine thin line as she brought her nichirin blade up.
