𝙠𝙣𝙮, 𝙬𝙞𝙛𝙚

❀ 09. ᴍᴇᴇᴛɪɴɢ

"Message! Message!" and [name] frowned as she heard her phone ringing. She slowly shifted in her bed as she reached over to the side to grab hold of her phone. She yawned as she sat up, her long platinum violet hair was messy and her electric blue eyes were tired.

She looked towards her side knowing that Inosuke wasn't around as he had called her up earlier in the morning to let her know he will be heading out to the Demon Slayers Corps Headquarters for some training with Tanjiro and Zenitsu.

She frowned even more as her phone continued to vibrate violently and she sighed as she pressed the envelope looking icon that was flashing on the screen. She then tossed it to the side as she waited for the message to be read out.

"Message! Message! A Hashira meeting will commence today at 6 in the evening! All Hashiras to be present! All Hashira to be present including those who are inactive or retired!" and [name]'s electric blue eyes widened at what was said. Her pink-tinted lips pressed into a fine thin line as she realised that she was summoned to the meeting as well.

She turned to look at her phone once more, reaching out she grabbed hold of it. She shook her head as she wanted to inform the group that she wouldn't be attending. Typing out the message only for her thumb to hover above the send icon.

She let out a sigh as she cleared away the message and proceeds to cover herself with her blanket once more. Only for her electric blue eyes to look towards the curtains that were covering the balcony door. She swallowed the lump in her throat as she got up from the bed, walking over and pulling the curtains away.

Greeted by the sky as she looked forward. How the sky was a clear blue along with the white fluffy clouds passing about. Her hands gripped against the railings slightly as she recalled how she would also end up climbing the building after a mission.

From time to time together with Inosuke whenever they were on a joint mission. Her pink-tinted lips parted slightly as she breathed in and out with ease. Slowly she looked over the railing and down to the grass patch that greeted her.

Shaking her head a little, she proceeds to turn back into her room only to have someone calling out to her. She looked towards the left and tilts her head in response as she looked at her neighbour.

"Hashibira-san! It's been a while. Did you lose weight again?" he asked and [name] slowly nodded her head and quickly entered her room. The neighbour then blinked in confusion and shrugged his shoulders as he turned to walk back into his apartment and speak to his wife in regards to [name].

[name] let out a soft sigh as she quickly shut the balcony door and pulled the curtains, allowing the room to bask in the dark as she didn't switch on the lights. She then noticed how her phone was lighting up once again and she walked over to it.

Placing a knee onto the bed as she stretched forward, grabbing hold of her phone and she proceeds to unlock it, scrolling through the notifications that she had received. She then frowned slightly when she realised she had a missed call from Rengoku Kyojuro, the Flame Hashira.

She then tosses her phone towards the side instead as she walked to shower. Not bothering to realise that there was an intruder in her house. Doing the same routine over once more as she laid in the bathtub with the warm water warming up her cold body.

Her head tilts back against the bathtub as she relaxed. Her electric blue eyes slowly shut as she sank in deeper into the bathtub. Her body unconsciously engulfed by the warm water as she remained still.

"It's cold..." [name] thought to herself and slowly opened her eyes. She looked around and noticed how she was laying down on the cold hard ground, in the middle of the road. Sitting up as she looked around, only for her to notice how she was clad in her demon slayer uniform with her nichirin blade not too far away from her.
