The tale of a robin and a nightingale

Prologue

Guys I m back lets start

FLASHBACK

It was a nice evening. The show was a hit, the flying Graysons were doing their part on the trapeze while a 3 year old Dick was sitting and watching his parents. When the Graysons came down after their performance Dick quickly hugged them.

"Mama Papa I've learned to do 10 back flips see."

Mary and John Grayson watched him as he started to do do 20 continuous back flips ,he was not allowed on trapeze until he was 6 years old. He was still learning. When he was in the middle of the 4th back flip he bumped with a small body . They both groaned."Ughhhh"

He looked down to find that he was sitting on a girl his age with black hair and two pigtails she was wearing a shirt with a paw and meow on it with a skirt. He helped her get up.

"I am sorry." They were currently in a English country so he spoke with her in English.

"I am sorry I am very clumsy."She replied.

"Hello my name is Richard but everyone call me dick." He held his hand out for her to shake.

She visibly brightened and shook her hand,"I am Marinette , Its nice to meet u Dick."

"Dick."They both turned to see the Graysons staring at them.

"Who is your new friend?"Mary scooped down to their level and ruffled her hair. She giggled a bit and then said "I am Marinette."

"Marinette sweetie how did u get here?"

"Uncle Haly told me to explore the circus and I accidentally get lost."

John opened his mouth to say something but was cut off by a voice,"Marinetta , my little fairy. U shouldn't wander too far u could get lost."

They turned to see a woman with grey hair and biker's outfit coming to them along with Haly. "Regina its so good to see you.Where were u?" Mary went to hug her.

"I was gone on a world tour but I missed the fun here so I am here to join u again-" She then scooped Marinette into her arms"-and this is Marinetta, my granddaughter. Her parents are always busy in the bakery so I took Marinetta with me to watch the circus."

Mary pushed dick in front of them "This is our son Dick we are training him and Dick this is Regina a few years back she was our lead motorcyclist remember we told u everything about her." Dicks eyes sparkled with recognition.

"Why don't you show her the circus son."Haly said.

Then he showed her different tricks and showed her different animals. They painted and joked happily. About two to three days later when the circus was going to start moving again and Marinette had to go.

They both cried hugging each other very tight . "Nonna I don't want to go home. I want to stay with youuu."

Gina only laughed,"Don't worry my little fairy you can stay with me that's why I took u with me in the first place. I had told you if u don't like it here then u can go back. If you want u can stay here with Dick and learn trapeze from them."

Now both of them were smiling widely .After hugging their parents and thousands of thank yous they ran to play. Before them everyone laughed.

After about 3-4 years Marinette and dick were allowed on trapeze. Marinette called him"Ricky" or "Dicky" and dick called her "Nettie" and "cupcake". They were inseparable. They were dubbed "The sunshine duo" by all the fellow people in circus. They were allowed to perform alone at the age of 8. Marinette went by the name Nightingale and Dick went by the name Robin. Soon they were famous as the sunshine duo. Their code names were rarely used because they were joined by the hip(that's how we say it right). 

PRESENT

Both Dick and Marinette were crying clutching to each other watching the bloody heap of the bodies on the ground that were once the graysons. Their whole world crashed.Nobody separated them all night.

Next day they were standing next to the graves of the Graysons. Everyone were silent. Only the sound of rain was audible. Dick was to be put in a foster system. She grabbed his hand and put something in it.Dick opened his hand to see a charm with a robin in it she opened her hand and joined her charm with Dicks . Hers was a nightingale and they both were half of the whole.

Then Dick was pulled away and he sat in the car staring at the lucky charm with a single thought in her mind. I will find u again

As the car pulled away Marinette just stared at her lucky charm thinking I WILL FIND U AGAIN RICKY.

Hey guys I will update depends on my time. I will be writing her name Mari not Marinette its so long. I will change the POVs  with every chapter. plz comment I am very lazy so at some lines I've written you as u. Grammar can be incorrect because English is not my 1st language. I've drawn the lucky charm as i had imagined in next chapter there was some problem uploading them I will upload as fast as I can (sorry for the quality my drawing sucks and I was in a hurry)  feel free to comment and correct me. Aaaaannnnnd answer my previous questions.
