RING, RING, RING!
I lifted my hand up, unable to see, I tried hitting the mechanical clock. I groaned as I rolled over to the side attempting to hit it. One swing, didn't hit it. I lifted my head up and kept trying. The last swung caused me to fall out of my bed. I landed face first. I groaned again in anger and laziness. I heard the door open as I slowly looked up. My mom peered her head in. "Honey you're going to be late for school! Get up!"
I rolled my eyes. "I don't want to go to school." I muffled to myself.
"Mhm what else is new?" she said opening the door more. "Get up, turn off your alarm, and get ready to go." with that said she left leaving the door open. I grunted and got up. My bed sheets over my head and on the floor. I reached under my pillow and grabbed my phone. I turned it on as the light hit my eyes. I flinched and looked away for a sec. As my eyes adjusted I sat up.

You coming?-Frisk
Yeah, yeah, omw.-Y/N
K, meet you here.-Frisk

I finally threw the covers back on my bed and closed the door. I toss my phone onto my bed and got changed. I brushed my teeth changed my clothes, got ready to leave my house pretty much. I grabbed my sweater to finish this routine. I quickly went down the stairs and headed for the door. "Bye!" I called out before leaving. I walked down the quiet street, looking for the small home that indicated Frisk to be nearby. As I continued I saw a small home yellow walls and red roof. That's it. Looking both ways of the street I jay walked across. As I approached I saw a figure sitting at the door steps. "Frisk!" I called out as they saw me. Their face lit up as they got up.
"Thought you weren't coming?" They said fixing their backpack as they stood by my side.
"And leave my best friend behind? Please." I say with a scoff. "Shall we get going?" I say starting to walk up ahead.
"Actually-" Frisk started before getting cut off by a male voice.
"Hey wait up!" I turned to see a jock. He's tall, well-built, blue eyes, and brown hair. This jock was alone, without his normal group of friends, he is the cliche good looking type, leader of a group, though he is quite respectful.
"Jason?" I say looking at Frisk. Frisk smiled at me and shrugged.
"I invited him." They said in his defense. I slouched. Damn it. I wanted to talk to Frisk about some stuff, but I guess that can wait later. Frisk looked over to him as he came to a stop. "You came."
Jason gave a small smile. "Of course I did." he said with a slight blush. I rolled my eyes and started to walk off. "Hi Y/N." he said to me. I raised my hand and waved. I kept going as Frisk and Jason followed. As the street lead to a more busier part of town, I could see students from school walking and eventually the school it's self. As we neared the gate I slowed down I saw Frisk and Jason talking amongst each other. I waited patiently until Frisk approached me.
"So Jason." I say softly. Frisk smiled.
"He asked me on a date." They said quietly. I looked at them in shock. Their face red and bright.
"And?" I say slightly excited. Frisk shook their head.
"I told him I couldn't." They said with a sigh. "Got some....ambassador stuff to do later." They replied hesitantly.
"Well at least Tritiniy won't catch you two together." I say as we entered the school. Frisk shrugged. "You two have hot's for the same guy." I say starting to fuel the fire. "But we all know who he's going to pick." I say amused. Frisk laughed lightly.
"Things can change." They said, a slight hint of worry in their voice. I nodded knowing that was 100% true. As my locker neared I caught a glimpse of the girl I was talking about. She seemed to be approaching. We stopped at my locker. I open it and started to set a few textbooks inside.
"Hey, there loooooosers." she said all high pitched. I rolled my eyes.
"Hey Trit." I say as I closed my locker. I look up at the tall blondy. Her blue eyes piercing down at us. Her curls bouncing on her chest and shoulders. "What is it this time. I'm assuming it's something important, you didn't bring your girlfriends this time." She rolled her eyes ignoring the statement. She looked down at Frisk.
"I saw you walking in with Jason, so? Mind telling me what you guys were talking about?" she said puckering her lips. Frisk gave a confused face.
"Nothing to be concerned about." Frisk said innocently. Tritiniy straightened up. "Just that I'm beating you to it, slowpoke." Trit gave a disgusted face.
"Yeah keep saying that, before you know it I'll be the one walking down the aisle with him." Frisk laughed.
"In your dreams." They said. Both of the girls stared at each other in the eyes. Kinda made me feel like a third wheel from this rivalry. I clicked my tongue as I started to balance myself on my heels of my feet.
"Well, we're going to get going. Right Frisk?" I say and looked at them. They broke the gaze and lifted their head.
"Yep, absolutely." They said walking away. As we walked Frisk stopped and looked back. "Catch up slowpoke!" They called as they blew a kiss to her. I looked back to see Trit's expression full of anger. Frisk smiled and looked back to me.
"How long have you guys been rivals?" I say as I grab the straps of my back pack. Frisk shrugged.
"About, er.....since elementary?" They said thinking about. We started to slowdown as we reached their locker. "But it's all friendly, so no harm done right?" They said opening their backpack. I nodded.
"As long as nobody gets hurt." I say, just like a mother would to her child. "Right." Frisk stayed still for a moment.
"Yep, as long as everything is under control." They said closing their locker. "As long as everything is friendly."
