My step-dad came home late today. My mom and I already ate dinner. I had stuffed myself with food and now I have a stomachache. Groaning I got my plate thanked mom for the food. I decided to take the plate in case I got hungry like 2 minutes later. I went up to my room and closed the door behind me. I set the plate down on my nightstand. I laid on my bed as I took the phone out from under my pillow. I stared at my phone for a moment, should I tell them? I want to tell them. I pulled out my phone. I took a small breather.

I shut my phone off. Dropping it to my side I stuffed my face onto my pillow. "I still feel paranoid." I laid there for a second still wondering what to do. Everything started because my curiosity got the best of me. I need to distract myself with something. I take my jacket off as I place it on my chair. As the jacket slightly swaded a small paintbrush and bottle feel out. I looked at it for a second before I got up and grabbed it. The tiny artistic set glistened in the morning sun. I gently place it from the floor to my desk.
"Was it my fault that they had to interfere? Maybe if I had magic this wouldn't be so hard for me." I sighed. I need help learning to control these, nekojin?, powers I have. In a sense I'm thankful. I raise my hand. I looked at my palm. The scar called out to me. I rolled to my side to the edge of my bed. Should I look inside? I gently slid my hand under my bed. I touch the floor reaching, trying to find it. Than I felt the hard rim. I grabbed the rim and pulled out the blue book. I carried the book onto my bed. I set it down on my lap. I look at it for a second. I grabbed the lock on the book. I swiftly opened it. As soon as I opened it, the pages flipped open. Showing knowledge and places I never knew about. As I flipped and loosened the pages, a golden chain slipped from under a page. I lifted the book slightly to see. I placed it back down on my lap and pulled out the chain.
The gold chain rolled around my hand. I pulled it out and moved the book aside. I held the locket. It was a heart, with the surface being glass. I rolled it onto the backside. It had another latchet on it, the back read 'Rose'. I held onto it and held it tightly. With my index finger and thumb, I pried it open. Inside it looked like there was a fluffy pink ball. I set it down on my bed. Kinda confused about what to do. I laid down on my stomach. I look at the fluff ball. The fluff ball started to rustle around. The tiny cat poked her head up and took a yawn.
The small cat gave a tired expression before looking over to me. I backed up scared. The cute little kitty stretched. It was a red rose color, purple flowers in her hair, blue flowers as well, pink rose fur, long silky tail, red-pink long hair, long pink ears, a red skirt from her waist and under, a light purple scarf-like thing around her waist, a golden and light purple top, and a long sharp sword.
I looked down at it frightened. The cat looked from side to side. Trying to get a glimpse of someone. She bent back her head hanging. Catching a glimpse of me she quickly turned around. "Oh, there you are!" She said in a peppy tone. She jumped forward. "Name's Crystal Rose. You can call me Rose for short." She said patting her chest. She gestured over to me. "And you are." I sat there in silence frightened of what was happening. "Not much of a talker, huh?" She jumped forward this time giving more of a boost which launched her up to my level. Where she proceeded to hover. "Oh come on, I won't stop bothering you until you tell me."
"Y-Y/N." I stuttered.
"There you go! Knew you had a voice!" She exclaimed before taking a seat on my knee. Soon as she got comfortable she looked up to me. "Where are we?" She asked.
