~black rocks~

Quirin sighs seeing you and Varian talk as you fix a lantern

He looks around his town before sighing, one day these sudden black rocks started appearing

It's been getting worse by the minute... But for some reason they never touched anywhere you've went

Not even your walk ways, and It doesn't help that you and Varian are experimenting on them

"Varian, y/n, get away from thoses rocks!" A villager yells as one comes up from the ground

"Woah..." Varian says worried as they go around you, he grabs your hand and takes you to the lab

"T-there just apeering out of no where! W-we need to figure out how to tell everyone.."

You nod sitting on the bed down there, you grab a book about magical rocks and sigh

"There's nothing on my books... I can't even get close enough to get a sample..."

Varian sighs holding his head in frustrating "me too, but it just can't be broken..."

He looks at you for a moment and groans "I haven't sleeped all day... How can I, when I know old Corona is being destroyed"

You massage his shoulders as he sits down "you should take a break Varian... I'll go give my results to Rapunzel... Even though it's not a lot"

You run over to get your bag ready as Varian looks over "are you sure? You should stay here it's not safe"

"I'm fine Varian, the black rocks haven't ruined my path to Corona, I'll be right back just rest"

He nods as you tuck him in, ruddiger gets comfy next to him, he smiles before falling to sleep

You smile as you close a door gently, you run into a body as you yell

"Y/n... Sorry for startling you..." Quirin says as you fix your back, he sighs before putting his gloves back on

"I-its okay sir, I'm just going to my job, I'll be back soon to make you two dinner"

You go to walk he blocks your path, you raise an eyebrow as he sighs

"Follow me for a minute sweety"

Quirin walks fast as you try to keep up, you two have been walking for minutes as you start to grow worry

He stops at a path as you look "it's this way c'mon"

He helps you up to a cliff as he points down, you gasp before looking at the view

You can see the whole town of old Corona as the dark clouds start to form

"Wow.... Its worse than I though..." You say as you see a black rocks path all the way in Corona, he nods before pointing to blank spots

"Where do you not see the rocks?" He ask as you look closer, you see pathes of rocks forming around certain places

"There... Not in certain places... But why?"

"There not in the places you walk to... I've noticed this for a while, it's been happening for a long time now.... It's about time I tell you"

You look in confusion as you see the places you visit not scaved from the rocks, not even your old house

"Is it a chemical reaction... It can't be me, only princess rapunzel has that affect.."

He looks at you weirdly before sighing "I just wanted to show you... I want you to stop Varian from testing the rocks, he'll only listen to you y,/n... Please"

You nod your head at him sadly as you two make the walk back to old Corona, you take a different route to make it faster to Corona

You sigh in relief as your meet by the cheerful castle, you slowly make it through the town as your stopped by Rapunzel

She hugs you excited before looking at you "there you are! I've been looking for you everywhere! C'mon!"

"W-what? Are you ok rap-"

You scream as she forces you inside the castle, a maid grabs you before playing you I side her room

"Okay! I need you, there's something I've been worrying about for a while" she says passing the room as you take off your bag

"Oh, well, can It wait princess, I really need to give you my results" you say taking out your research

Rapunzel shakes her head before smiling "I'm going to be queen for a day in a couple of weeks! And I need pointer!"

"Okay so I was thinking you could be my assistant like with Varian, except you help with the villagers since they love you!"

You raise an eyebrow as she goes on, you don't pay attention as you think back at what Quirin said

'everywhere you go there's no rocks... You need to stop Varian! Your the only one he listens to.."

Rapunzel keeps going on about what she should where as you shake in place, you stand up before yelling

"Rapunzel I think I may have a reaction to the rocks as well!!"

She stops speaking before lookings at you in disbelief, she walks to you before sighing

"How can you tell?"

You guide Rapunzel and Cassandra to an area in old Corona, you sigh before showing them a black rocks trail

Cass raises an eyebrow before groaning "you took us all the way to here, just to show the rocks?..."

"Cass... Stop, show her what you told me..." Rapunzel says touching her hair nervously, you nod before sighing

'just do what you have to....'

You slowly inch closer to the rocks as they start glowing, Cass watches in interest as Eugene gasp

"Woah.... Is it me or is this weirdly familiar?" He ask as you walk closer, Cass shuts him up as they slowly disappear

You smile before walking on top of one, it flies blue before retracting, Rapunzel gasps in amazment as Cass watches

"T-this can't be real.... I though you said only Rapunzel had that sort of power?" She yells as Rapunzel back away from you

"I-i know! It's amazing right! It's like I have a chemical bound in me that makes them react! Isn't this great!"

You jump excited as they watch in horror, black rocks grow under you as you twirl around

"Stop it! Your making it worse!" Case yells grabbing you away from it, you yelp as Rapunzel backs away looking at you

You raise an eyebrow as she thinks about something "y-y/n... I'm sorry but... This is not ok, if this means your like me we can't have you close to them..."

Rapunzel says as she grabs your bag, you look confused as Cassandra nods

"Your coming to the castle, we'll send Varian something that says your coming home late, we have to figure out this quickly"

She pulls your arm forward as you look back at the rocks, they apear again but have a weird feeling towards them

"I wonder what will happen to rocks...."
