"Nightman!!!"
He slammed his notebook closed at the call of his name, and Nightman put it away as he looked up to see Pandy barreling over towards him, waving something in the air. As she got up to him, she just handed him the letter.
"Hope to see you soon, Nightman!" she exclaims over her shoulder before turning a swift corner which surprised Nightman slightly.
He shrugged it off and looked at the letter, and raised an eyebrow. Sleepover? He thought, and he opened the letter and began reading as the sound of rain continued outside which seems to not be giving Nightglow a break at all.
He continued reading before gasping slightly, realizing what the letter was about all over again. A sleepover!
He continued reading before he found out where the sleepover was happening. Pandy's place... Wait, for the entire group? He looked up as he heard footsteps, and saw Nightglow walking over with NightDragon and Nightglow sat down beside him while NightDragon leaned against the lockers.
"You both got an invite to the sleepover?" Nightman asked, waving the letter.
"So that's what is is?" NightDragon murmured, holding up one she fished out of her pocket, and Nightglow just held it in her hand.
"Yeah! To Pandy's house! I think she's inviting everyone there." he explained.
"Actually, me and the others have done this several times." he looked over as Violet came over and sat down on the other side of him, "She has the biggest house out of all of us. But Pandy wants you and the few other new kids to have the whole inviting to a sleepover time extravaganza." she explained, adding a little bit of jazz hands which made Nightman snicker slightly while Nightglow raised an eyebrow at that.
"Well I'm sure in!" Nightman grinned and looked over at NightDragon and Nightglow, "How about you two and Mystery and Mystic?" he asked.
"Well, I need to go and talk to the other two about it, while Nightglow is still, in a way, going through exposure therapy to calm down her anxiety with her ombrophobia, but it seems like it's not working." NightDragon said.
"N-No, I still want to go..." Nightglow whispers.
"Well, alright then." Nightman grinned, springing up to his feet and turned around to them, "Anyways! I'm gonna go and prepare." He turned and ran off, leaving the three staring after him.
"Well then." Nightglow whispers, "That was something."
"Yeah, but he's like the same as if he were to be a kid." Violet comments, making NightDragon stifle a smile while Nightglow just stared at her.
