Extra Story #1

"Do you want to go karaoke tonight?" Rin says over the phone. I look outside the window to see the weather.

"Okay...But who's coming?" I say. I was watching a movie until Rin called asking about the karaoke.  I take a sip of water.

"So your really coming?! Well Luka is coming...and uhhh....some boys." I nearly spit out my water. The last time I went to karaoke with boys they nearly tried to kiss me.

"What do you mean boys?!" I say finally gulping my ramune and sitting it down on the table beside me.

"B-But they are boys that me and Luka know! And besides there's only going to be 3 boys." She says trying to reassure me. I feel as if Len would kill me if he found out I hanged out with boys.

"Well they better keep their hands to themselves." I say proudly, of course Rin starts laughing like usual.

"Hai Hai. Well it starts at 6:00, dont be late Miku!!" I smile even though she couldn't see it.

"Bye Bye!" I say hanging up the phone. I sigh as I get off the bed and search through my closet to find something to wear. "A dress will do." I say in my head pulling out a teal blue dress.

I sat back on the bed and grabbed the remote. I was about to play the movie but then I had a sudden urge to call Len to see what he was doing tonight.

I hopped of my bed and grabbed my phone dialing Len's number. He answers straight away making me smile. "Hello?"

"Len! Its Miku." I hear his voice brighten up. "Miku! What's wrong?" I look out the window.

"What are you doing tonight?" I say twirling with a piece of hair.

"Actually...I'm going out with my friends tonight, I can cancel if you w-" I stop him from talking. "N-No its fine I just wanted to see what you were doing no big deal...!!" I felt as if I just blurted that all at once.

"Ah...okay then." He says sounding confused.

"Well have fun tonight!" I say hanging up the phone once again. Well at least I won't feel that bad since he's doing something with his friends.

"Now I'll finish the movie" I say in my head finally hitting play.

*10 minutes before 6:00*

"I'M LATE!" I say to myself loudly. Well at least I have an excuse! I was feeling tired so I slept a little....well not really a little bit but....

I put on my shoes and grab my bag and race out the door. Rin was very strict about timing so she'll probably get mad if I was even a second late.

Nearly tripping 3 times and bumping into someone I finally managed go get to the karaoke place 1 minute before 6:00. I walk to the counter. "Name please." The lady says sternly.

"Hatsune Miku." She types the name in on her computer. "Hai. Go up to the 5th floor on room 53." I silently say thank you before going into the elevator and waiting.

Luckily it was quiet since there wasn't much people around. I knock on the door of room 53. "Miku?" Rin says. She unlocks the door and looks up at me. "You just made it in time. New record." She jokes.

"Miku!" I hear Luka say. She walks up to the door and greets me. "Hi Luka!" I say hugging her. "This is Oliver, and that's Piko." Rin says pointing to the 2 boys sitting down. "Hello. Its nice to meet you." Oliver bows his head. "H-Hello..." Piko says shyly. "Hello Oliver,  hello Piko." I wave at them kindly.

"Hey wasn't there suppose to be one more guy?" I say looking over at Rin. I see her expression change from happy to angry. "That baka's late! I'll make him pay!" Luka laughs.

"You seem to know him well." I say to Rin laughing. "Oh, who is it anyway?" I say curiously.

"You'll find out soon enough." Rin says grinning widly. Could it be Galaco? No why would he be here....wait he could be since Luka' s here! Ehh...maybe its Rin and Luka's friend....I wonder who is it?

I hear a couple of knocks. Rin races to the door. I decided to bow down and greet this guy properly. I hear footsteps walk in and Rin getting annoyed. "Hello, its nice to meet you my names-" "MIKU!?!"

I look up confused but soon realize who it was. "LEN! what are you doing here!?" I say.

"I should say the same to you! Since your here with Oliver and Piko!!" I look back at them who looked a little shocked. Len was the last person I thought to see here.

"Well you were going to be here with Rin and Luka!!" I say as a comeback.

"H-Hey guys stop it..." Luka says walking in front of me and Len.

"Gheez you guys are very jealous people..." Rin says grinning.

"I'M NOT JEALOUS!" me and Len say at the same time. We exchange a quick eye contact before ignoring each other fully. "Now's not the time to fight..." Oliver says to Len.

"This should be a fun night!" Rin says to me. I look at Luka and Rin.

"That's right....sorry." I say. Luka pats me on the back. "Now who's ready for some karaoke?!" Rin says standing on the table.

"H-Hey don't fall!" Luka says holding out her hands. All of us end up laughing at Rin being immature.

"I'll order the food then." Oliver offers walking up to the phone and ordering some food.

"Well I guess I'll have a warmup song!" Rin says walking over to the karaoke. I decide to sit next to Piko since he seemed a little lonely. He seemed very shy.

"Mind if I sit there?" I say smiling. He looks up at me and smiles. "Yes."

I look at Rin looking through songs and Oliver ordering food. "C-Can I ask you s-something?" Piko says looking at me. I nod my head.

"Are y-you and Len d-dating? Since you looked like you were fighting..." Piko says sounding worried. I suddenly felt my cheeks go red as I couldn't speak.

"Yes, she's my girlfriend." I hear Len say as he walks up next to me. I take a quick glance at him. He seemed to be ignoring me.

"I ordered the food." Oliver says walking up to all 3 of us. At least it broke the awkwardness around the conversation.

"That's good!" I say smiling. "S-Sorry for asking that question..." Piko says blushing. "Its okay." I look at him as he looks down. "Your so cute Piko." I accidentally blurt out.

"Ah sorry I didn't mean too.....!" I say covering my mouth. I feel Len's eyes on me.

"Thank y-you..." I couldn't help but think how cute he is. "Alright!" I say giving him the thumbs up.

"Its okay Len.." I hear Oliver say grabbing onto Len's shoulder. Len looked angry but Rin's voice stops everyone talking as she starts singing.

"Sugoi! I didn't know you could sing so well~" I say clapping. She smiles at me and keeps singing. Len soon sits back down with Oliver next to him.

I could feel the tension build up between me and Len, this was going to be a crazy night.
