I'm coming home- P. Diddy
Chapter 9
My eyes slowly adjust from the brightness of the room. The sun reflecting outside the windows.
I scan the place. Cameron and Jenny are still sleeping as they move from side to side. I get my phone and noticed its our last day.
Last day of being in Paris.
I immediately stand up, and look at the clock. It's still 7:00 am. Our flight is at 1 pm.
I rush to their beds and wake them up.
"Aww, please don't hurt me! I'm innocent!" Jenny says, her eyes still shut. Probably she's dreaming.
"Jenny, It's me. Wake up." I wake her up with my hands tapping her back.
"Ah!" She stands up, her body sweating.
"What the? What happened?"
"Nightmares are devils in disguise!" She groans while touching her head. Cameron might have noticed the commotion so he wakes up.
"Good thing we're all awake. Our flight is at 1 pm. So better pack and we're gonna say goodbye to Paris." I force out a shout even though for real, I never wanna go home.
They start to pack there things and take a bath. I on the other hand is saying goodbye to the parts of the room.
"Bye beds!"
"Bye bathroom! Fyi your soaps are cool."
"Bye comfy couches!"
"Bye door!"
"Bye paris frame."
I bid my goodbye's to them, one by one. Until all of them are done. I continue packing all my stuff.
"And I'm done!" I exclaim as I close the last luggage. Jenny and Cameron are now sitting on their beds with poker faces.
"We were done 30 minutes ago." Cam says making Jenny nod.
"Okay okay. Sorry. Now let's go!" I stand up from the bed. We leave the room and give the room key to the receptionist.
"We hope you enjoyed your stay in Sofitel Paris Le Faubourg!" John smiles at us.
"We did. Thank you." I answer. We scan the hotel once again and said 'bye' in our minds.
Our flight is still 1 pm so we have 4 more hours here in Paris.
"Do you guys wanna go to the Phanteon?" I ask and check the time. It's still 9:00 am.
"Sure." They say in unison. We hail a cab and hop in.
*
We reach the Phanteon. Good thing there are only few people. We kneel down the pew and pray. Thanking that I somehow experienced traveling to Paris. Hoping we would have a safe flight going back to California and of course, good things that await us there.
Soon enough, we left, traveling to the airport.
*
We arrive at the airport with sad faces. We sit down the chairs where a lot of people are waiting too."I'll surely miss Paris." Cam suddenly say and we nod in agreement. After, 2 hours we board in our flight.
*
We are now seated in our seats. It's Jenny's turn to be in the window part so Cam and I are together.
Jenny's pretty much emoting while looking in the window. Probably busy with her what so ever thoughts.
"Do you sense something about Jenny?" I whisper to Cameron.
"Yeah. She's spacing out most of the time." He replies. I poke Jenny and she yelps in surprise.
"What?"
"You have a problem. And I know it." I say making her look away.
"I don't." She frowns.
"Oh please."
"Fine. Yes I have. I'm gonna tell you when we reach California." She sighs.
"Sure."
*
We go out the airplane and Nash is raising a board.
"Welcome home peopyols!" He shouts and we all laugh.
"Shut up Nash." I mutter. We walk going to our car and we hop in, going home.
California is where I live, the people I love stays here, the good and bad memories that remain in this place.
All I can say is I'm back to where I belong.
Home.
