"Okay, class, for tomorrow you will need-" Ginpachi began saying when he was interrupted by the bell.
Once the bell rang, Kagura took out her ten bento boxes and looked at them with sparkling eyes. Baldy, aka her dad, put extra effort into her lunch for Valentine's Day, so she basically had a royal feast for lunch that day. She was about to dig in when several people gathered around her.
"Hey, Kagura, can I have some?" one person asked.
"Yeah, and how about me? Can I have some too? It looks like you have a bit too much anyway," another asked.
Too much? Yeah... very unlikely for Kagura whose stomach is basically a black hole, but then all of a sudden, Kagura was overwhelmed by dozens of people asking for her food.
NOOOOOOO!!!! I can't let these people steal my delicious food! she screamed in her head.
"I... I have to go to the bathroom!" she exclaimed, taking her bento boxes with her.
"Wait! You don't need to bring your food with you!" a couple of them called to her, but she was already gone.
With lightning speed, Kagura ran to the roof, expertly balancing the boxes all the way there. When she made it to the roof, she let out a sigh of relief.
Good, no one here to steal my food, Kagura thought, looking at the vacant roof with satisfaction.
Sitting against the wall next to the door, she finally dug into her lunch. She devoured the food so quickly that she was practically swallowing the food whole. She was perfectly happy as she ate the first five bentos, but as she got to her sixth bento, she began to feel a little down. She was eating lunch on Valentine's Day completely alone.
Should I just go back to the class and eat lunch there? she wondered.
But my fooooooodd! she thought, torn between the two choices.
After pondering her choices for a couple minutes, she sighed and decided to go back to the classroom.
It's pretty sad and pathetic of me to just eat here alone, so I'll go back even if I have to *shiver* share my food, she thought, gathering the boxes and standing up.
With great skill, she balanced all ten boxes in one hand while she opened the door with the other hand.
Then, she was hit by a wall.
Well, at least she thought it was a wall at first.
As she crashed into the "wall", the bento boxes were knocked out of her hand, and much of the remaining content was spilled onto the floor. Kagura stared at her ruined lunch in horror before looking up at the "wall" that hit her. When she saw who it actually was, a dark aura surrounded her, and her eyes became hidden in shadows. The sandy-haired boy simply looked at her with a blank expression.
"Oh, I didn't know you were up here, China," Sougo said in a deadpan voice.
Kagura clenched her fists before screaming in his face. "YOU RUINED MY LUNCH YOU IDIOT!!!!"
"Oops," he replied in a monotonous voice.
In frustration, Kagura threw punches at him, but he dodged them as if it was just a daily exercise. After many attempts to pummel his face, she gave up and pouted as she turned her head to the side. Seeing that she gave up, Sougo began to chuckle.
"You're going to need a lot of work if you want to even lay a finger on me," he told her.
She scowled at him and stomped her foot down to crush his. As her foot slammed down on his toes, he yelped out in pain before hopping around on one foot. Kagura smirked and taunted, "What was that you said?"
