Jeremie's P.O.V.
Nadia asked me to go with her to the social worker's office. Aparently there was a lady called Muriel Devin that wanted to adopt her.
We sat in the waiting area. It had been almost a week since her mother's death. She barely spoke, her brothers forced food into her, Simon said she hadn't slept in days and that when she did she woke up gasping and crying. Even Devon, who hated her guts, took care of her. Mr. D tried to be a supportive father, but was a sorry excuse.
I hugged my friend. Her hair was unbrushed and her eyes were hollow. I tied her hair in a ponytail and said, "Nadia, you can't go on like this. Your mother wouldn't want this. Bash would hate it. He would've stripped you and showered you himself, then he would've taken you to a salon to get your hair done, and finally would've told you every joke he knew just to see you smile," Nadia looked at me in the eye. I hugged her, "And since he isn't here, I'll do it for him," A miniscule smile crept to Nadia'a lips, "I can shower myself," Tears almost started flowing down my cheeks. She's back.
The door opened and a lady of blond locks and vibrant green eyes stepped out with the social worker. Nadia burst into fresh tears and hugged her. To my surprise the green eyed lady hugged her back and said, "I'm so sorry my dear," The social worker handed the lady a folder and nodded. For the first time, the green eyed lady looked at me, "You must be Jeremie,"
"Yes ma'am, are you Muriel Devin?"
"Yes, I'll take Nadia to her new home. Want to come along?"
"Sure," I smiled. Nadia nodded assuringly and we went outside. Waiting for us was a chariot with two pegasi. I don't know how mortals saw it, but it must've been interesting. Muriel Devin is not a normal mortal...

Ariadne's P.O.V.I flew us to my palace on Olympus. Jeremie seemed to be just grasping the idea that I was a goddess. I threw open the doors to the palace. Tommy threw himself at Nadia. She just petted him and got off the ground. Jeremie scratched his ear. "I have a surprise for you," I said. I took them down the halls until we came to a stop before a set of double doors with Nadia's name written above Dionysus' symbol. I pushed them open to reveal her new room.
The walls were white, but swirls of purple and teel adorned the walls. There was a kind sized bed with lush pillows and a comforter the same color as Nadia's eyes. She had a mahogany desk, and bookshelf that had everything she needed. On her desk was a laptop designed by Hephestus himself. Two doors were on one wall. One led to a vast bathroom that had shelves with any kind of makeup or cream she could desire. The second door went to a walk-in closet full of everything from combat boots to ballroom dresses. I also had three similar rooms one after the other directly across Nadia's for her three friends, Angelle, Jeremie, and Grace. I looked at Nadia, "Do you like it dear?"
She smiled and nodded, "I love it, thank you," I let go of the breath I was holding.
Jeremie laughed slightly, "This is incredible Nadia, but will you still go to Camp?"
Nadia looked at me for aproval, so I nodded. "I'll spend my summers there," she announced. I hugged her.
After that, I took them back to Camp Half-Blood. Nadia hugged me tightly and whispered, "Thank you," Most gods wouldn't have cared if a demigod lost a family member, but I was once mortal too. I knew what it was like to lose someone. I knew heartbreak. I experienced what Nadia was going through, and I had the power to help her.
