After Murray had gotten back to the hideout from going out and collecting all the pieces of Bentley's gravity encabulator from a bunch of penguins that had torn it all to pieces, it was now time that Bentley had to send Sly out to go and track Grizz since tagging him with the homing darts from earlier. Bentley wanted to try and hack into Grizz's phone records to try and gain access to the security codes to hisountain base, which is why Sly needed to stay close and tail the bear in an attempt to get what he needed. When Sly was in position with the bear himself in his line of sight, he heard his binocucom going off, answering the device so that Bentley could brief him on his objective, not that it was very difficult and was pretty cut and dry.

"Okay, Sly, this one's pretty simple -- tail Grizz until you can get the code to his fortress; we need to get in there if we're going to stop him. Plus, you shouldn't have trouble finding him since he's been tagged with the homing darts -- just follow the signal." Bentley explained.

"Real talk though, we probably didn't even really need the darts now that I think about it. I mean, he's not exactly very difficult to point out..."

"Well, it looks like he's on the move, so stay close that way I can pull the data we need off his phone. And don't go underestimating him either -- he's no lightweight!" Bentley warned before disconnecting.

After stuffing his binocucom away, Sly made quick work of tailing the Grizz, making sure not to be seen and kept to high ground to ensure he wouldn't be caught while following him. For the most part, everything seemed pretty mellow as Sly was trailing after the Grizz, nothing really out of the ordinary. Suddenly though, Sly perked up when he saw Grizz reach for his pocket, pulling out a pretty blocky looking phone. "Hello, what do we have here...?" Sly mumbled to himself.

"Whaaat!? Fool, you tryin' to run some kinda game on the Grizz?! I'm tired of you tellin' me to walk the line straight when you walkin' it all crooked! ...Yeah, that's right! ...Uh-uh, uh-uh, no, no! Dat ain't the deal we had! ...Nuh-uh, no. I got you the canes and that hairy dude made! And his hairy girl, too, now you need to hook me up! Hook. Me. Up! Yeah! ...H-hold on, hold on, I'm losin' signal. ...Hold on, I said I'm losin' signal! ...I said-- ...Hold on, I can't... Hold on!" Grizz bellowed as he tucked the phone away back into his pocket.

"Hey, did you catch that, Bentley?" Sly whispered into his earpiece.

"Yeah, and it sounds like he's talking to Me Paradox, and there's trouble! Don't lose him."

"Roger." Sly nodded as he continued to trail the Grizz.

Sly continued following after the bear for some time, having been forced to listen to him give off terrible rhymes as he walked. However, it didn't take long before the Grizz's phone started ringing, the bear taking the phone from his pocket to answer the call. "Looks like your supplier is calling, Grizz..." Sly muttered to himself.

"You there? ...Good. Now listen up, the eggs are runnin' out here, but I need to keep my paint production going, so I need you to buy me the resources. ...What? Well, I don't know! Well, like, chickens, turkeys, ostriches, parrot, frog... ...How would I know?! Just make it happen, man! Wha--man, hold on, I gotta find some reception. ...I gotta find some--hold on! Man, aw...hold on." Grizz said as he ended the call.

"Bentley, why don't we have a phone like that to talk to Dimitri?" Sly asked.

"Do you really want Dimitri calling you?" Bentley countered.
