~We'd traveled to ancient Arabia to find Salim al Kupar and Malik iyn Veexan, ancestors who were said to have possessed the stealth of forty thieves. No surprise then when Bentley's research revealed that these two were charter members of the infamous "Forty Thieves." For once, it appeared we'd have plenty of backup to help out with this job. When we arrived, however, we were shocked to find that most of the thieves had already retired! Having made fortunes and gotten older, these great thieves had decided to call it quits and enjoy their golden years in peace... What wasn't shocking was the unmistakable presence of Cyrille Le Paradox. Nasty looking guards patrolled everywhere, and it was clear that something sinister was going on... After some detective work, Bentley had even worse news! No one had even seen Salim al Kupar or Malik iyn Veexan in some time. They'd been working with a few of the remaining thieves, but had simply...vanished. So where were they? That was the first thing we needed to figure out~

"Okay, you two, so the word on the street is that Salim al Kupar and Malik iyn Veexan were driven onto hiding, but that they're still in the area. We need to figure out where they're hiding and then find out why. To facilitate that, I've built you two some new toys!" Bentley informed Sly and Rae over their binocucom after they had set out into the Arabian village.
"Cool! Is it a robotic turtle butler?" Sly asked hopefully.
Both Rae and Bentley frowned, the fox yanking on his ear. "That's not funny..."
"Ow, ow, ow! Okay, okay, not funny, not funny!" Sly whined.
Bentley sighed, clearing his throat. "As I was saying, after gathering some data from your ancestors, I've been able to map the Cooper and Vixen DNA! I've modified your binocucoms with a new visual guidance system that I've programmed to detect anything with which Salim and/or Malik may have come in contact with."
"Wow, Bentley, that's some real science fiction!" Sly joked.
Bentley rolled his eyes. "Just go find your ancestors..." He huffed, disconnecting.
"I think that we should split up." Rae suggested. "There are two ways that this could go: Either Salim al Kupar and Malik iyn Veexan are together as of current, or they are both in their own, but we won't know until we go and analyze the tracks they've left and items they've come in contact with."
Sly nodded. "Yeah, good idea. Let's contact each other when we've managed to locate them, alright?"
Rae returned his nod. "Right. I'll see you in a bit, okay? Don't miss me too much~" The fox winked.
Sly chuckled. "Oh, I'll try to survive until then, my sweet~" The raccoon smirked.
Rae laughed softly, blowing Sly a kiss. "See ya soon, Ringtail." And with that, Rae took off in the opposite direction.
Sly still couldn't help the playful smirk dancing across his lips. "What a woman she is. Thank God she's all mine..." He mused before turning and heading off in his own direction.
