Destination: In a car driving to NYC

POV: Yours

I was listening to "all for us" by zendaya while looking at the window.

Adora slept on my shoulder.

I felt my eyes close slowly.

My eyes shot open, I looked around, I was home.

Not my aunt's house.

Not Adora's dorm.

Or mines.

Home.

I looked around and sniffed the air, it smelled nice, I walked over to the kitchen.

I saw my mom making (eggs? whatever your mom makes)

"Mama..." I said and reached for her shoulder, she turned around and walked past me.

"Hey (dads name), where are we going to take Y/N for the summer?" she asked, I turned around and saw my dad sitting in the table.

I walked up to him, "Dad!" I shouted as I tried grabbing his hand.

My hand passed through him and I fell.

I closed my eyes and fell to the ground.

I opened my eyes again and saw Catra waiting in front of my locker.

"Catra?!?" I asked, "Hey Catra!" Lonnie walked up to her, "Sup Lonnie." Catra said as she got off her phone, "Ready for tonight game? I heard we are playing against THE Adora." my eyes widened.

"I know Adora!" I said trying to get their attention, "Well, I was too busy trying to find a way to confess to Y/N before you reminded me of that stupid game, we will win, don't worry." Catra said.

Lonnie crossed her arms, "She likes you, and you know it." Lonnie said.

"Still..." Catra whispered.

I reached for her hand but fell through her.

I closed my eyes before I fell.

Once I opened them, I saw myself in front of a gas station.

I saw my parents walking back in the car.

I saw a weird man in all white clothes come outside from the convenient store.

He slowly pulled out a gun and pointed it to my parents.

'No...' I thought.

My parents were getting ready to close the door.

"MOM! DAD!" I yelled, the man pulled the triggers.

I tried running in front of them, but the bullet went through me.

I fell but didn't close my eyes, I turned around and saw my parents both on the ground.

I turned around and the man disappeared.

I let my head fall.

I closed my eyes.

When I opened them, I saw the city through the windows.

I turned around and saw Adora sleeping on my lap.

I looked down to my phone, 2:00AM.

The day my parents died was today.

And the moment that it happened was right now.
