CHAPTER 2

Heaven Williams

Omg I cant believe its happening. Thank you, god for this blessing, I will never be able to thank you properly. I take off my long cape and directly go to the washroom to fresh up. I come back and start cooking pasta for me. I put the water for boiling. I start to chop some onions, spinach, cabbage, carrot and some green chillies. There is this thing about me that whenever Im happy, I cook. Because when your happy, you cook the best food for yourself. Ha ha ha.

As the water starts to boil, I opened the pasta packet and put it inside the boiling water. On the other side I start to cook the sauce for it. Some this, some that and puff. DONE with this sauce. As the pasta was boiling, I pick my phone from the counter and started reading the email again, that says,

Dear Ms Williams,

Congratulations! On behalf of the Vincent College. I am very pleased to announce your admission for winter 2020!

The academic and personal accomplishments you have already achieved with in your previous grades reflect what we value, respect and expect in our students. Ambition, compassion and curious intellect are the heart of the Vincent College experience. You can be proud to have joined a select group of students.

I cant believe it, its happening. I have waited my whole life for this. I guess my life is getting on track again. I continue my cooking, I finish it with a final touch of mine. A secret. After finishing dinner, I wash the dishes and finally before going to bed I place a sticky note about my tomorrow's schedule.

-Two Days Later

I am packing my stuff excitedly to move to the college dorms.I still cant believe i got the scholarship that so many students die for.I feel so lucky.They are even letting me shift to their dorm.like now i only have to earn money for daily food.Free studies and Free place to live.I pack my all stuff and get ready to leave this place.I changed into a red top and plain black leather jeans.I take all the stuff with me and book a cab.The cab arrives after some time and I put all the luggage in the back of the car with the help of driver.

Leaving my place was the greatest thing I ever did and ever happened to me.I didnt like living alone in my apartment.It was too scary  sometimes.So it'll be good if i share my dorm with some roommate and like in those fictional stories I'll have loads of fun with my roomie.Thats what i have read in stories.so i am hoping for the best.

After sometime I arrived at the place i was looking forward to the most which is the dorms of the college.I step out from the cab and the driver helps me to take my suitcases out.

Wow.This place seems nice.I take my suitcases and enter the building.i go to the main office to know where is my dorm.

Heaven:"Hello Ma'am,I am Heaven Williams i recently got email of scholarship from the college.

Ma'am:"Okay just give me a minute to check."

I nodded and after some checking she raises her head again and looks at me with a smile.
