CHAPTER EIGHT: I'm a Wolf

Drew's Pov

She placed her hand in my outstretched arm and we headed to the dance floor, my mom gave me some pills to help control my wolf side whenever I was around her.

'You look perfect by the way' I whispered into her ear as I grabbed her waist

'Are you trying to say I don't look perfect on other days' she asked trying to suppress a blush

'Maybe' I said with a grin pulling her close, my face buried in her neck; she smelt and felt perfect in my arms

'You're moves aren't that bad' she said as I spun her round

'I know, I learnt from the best' I told her

'And who might that be?' she asked

'My Dad' I answered

'He sure taught you well, does he stay around here?' she asked

'No' I said

'Where is he?' she asked, why all the questions; I thought to myself

'Somewhere far away' I said tightening my grip around her waist at which she squirmed

'So...'

'Shhh...no more talking' I whispered in her ears, I knew what she was getting at but it just wasn't time, she didn't even know she was a werewolf yet

We danced in silence, communicating only with our bodies for what seemed like forever until...

'Ummm...may I steal this pretty lady' said a young man about her age, I could tell he was a wolf

'Sure' I said as the wolf in me growled in agony, I let her go to him

Jessica's Pov

I took Tylers hand as Drew walked away; deep down something in me still wanted Drew here, holding me close

'Where were you?' I asked

'Uhh, just taking care of a family issue' he said with a shrug

'Have you seen jo...oh there she is' I said as I spotted josie walking in with the guy from the park, her gown looked like a wedding dress while he wore black tux. If I didn't know any better I'd say it was a couple who just got hitched

'Who's that with...' I wanted asking him about the guy with Josie but I felt something growl inside of me or was it out loud

'Are you ok?' he asked, I couldn't think straight

'I...I' I heard another growl, was that awful sound coming from me? Tyler attempted grabbing my hand but I pushed him; more like I flung him

I tried to get my head straight but I couldn't, it was as if another force in my body was trying to control me.

'Jess...' Josie called now standing beside me with the guy in the tux

She tried holding my hands but I growled at her and she withdrew back, I felt as though my teeth had gotten really huge

'Jessica' I turned and saw Esther, whatever had possessed me wanted to attack again but I felt limp, I looked down and saw a syringe on my lower hip. She injected me, wtf; I thought to myself as I fell to the ground

'Drew...' I said and everything went black

I woke up in a strange place and on a strange bed, everywhere was dark...wait am I in the woods? I asked myself

I tried getting up but I couldn't, I was tied down on this strange bed in the middle of the woods; God am I being sacrificed or something, does stuff like this still happen, am I dreaming, so many things went through my mind all at once
