CHAPTER THIRTEEN: The Confession

Drew's Pov
I woke up with a sharp pain in my head, I tried to recall what had happened and how I'd gotten home but the last thing I remember was being at the so called lab. I got out of bed and walked out to the living room to see a worried mom and...
'How...who...' I wanted asking how she got here but I was cut short
'Eric... !you're awake, come on lay down on the couch, you should rest' My mom said but all my attention was on her
'I'm glad you're okay' was all she said as she walked up to me
'How did you get here?' I asked her totally confused at the turn of events
'She found you' My mom answered
'Found me? Were you at the lab? Did you know?' I asked all the more confused
'You need to rest first, you're still being treated...I'll tell you everything' she said with a smile and I finally took the couch behind me
'Anna, he's awake' Anna was the family doctor, she was only called on emergencies cause well we do have super healing abilities but they must have done something to me at the lab
'Porthos' Carlos said as he walked into the living room
'Gooday Mother... Jessica' he said with a nod
'You ok man' He asked taking a sit beside me
'I don't know man, I have this insane migraine' I told him just as Anna walked in
'Migraines, they must have drugged him with VCL to keep him dizzy. I'll take a test to be sure' She said and walked out

Jessica's Pov
Flasback
'Call Mr Philip' was all he said before passing out
Mr Philip, who the hell is Mr Philip' I thought to myself; I was in the woods with a literal drop dead Drew and he leaves me with a fucking puzzle. I check his pocket for his phone but it's not there, great! wait, the only Mr Philip I know is the Math teacher could it be him and even if it is I don't have his number...TS group 'yeah' I said scrolling through my phone trying to find Mr Philip on the Teacher_Student group chat, I soon spot his wrinkly old face and dial the number
'Hello, this is Jessica I'm with Drew Moore and he asked for you?' I said unsure, for all I know he pprobably meant some other Mr Philip.
'Where are you? ' He asked
'At West coast beach but we're in the woods' I explained
'Stay there, I'm coming' he said and ended the call
I sat down next to Drew, he seemed a little roughed up, I hope he's gonna be okay. I heard a scrunching noise and stood to check who it was
'Mr Philip? ' I asked walking up to where the noise came from, I almost screamed when someone patted my shoulder from behind
'Shhh' Mr Philip said placing a finger on his lip
'Did you tell anyone else' he asked in a hushed toned
'No, just you' I told him
'Great, let's get him to the car' he said, we carried Drew over to the car
'Will he be alright... I should probably get back to the party' I told him
'I think it's time you knew, get in let's go' he said and I looked at him quizzically, I got in however, I really wanted to be with Drew and know he was ok, if Drew trusts him then I can.
Present
Drew or Eric now was currently asleep, the nurse gave him some pills to help with the migraine. I sat in the living room watching him sleep, I had so many questions but I needed him to get better first. I couldn't contact Claire or Josie cause Mr Philip threw my phone out the car when we got on the road much to my surprise.
'Jessica' The woman I understood to be Drew's mom called snapping me out of my thoughts
'I know you have so many questions on your mind right now and I want to give you the answers but I think it's best you heard them from him' she said turning to look at Drew who was sleeping like a baby, I said nothing, I just gave her a smile and sighed out in relief of knowing I would be getting an explanation soon' I hope.
I go over to where he lays on the couch, I placed my hands on his temples to feel his temperature, it seemed normal and just as I was about to stand up he he pulls me back by my wrist, I loose my balance and fall on his chest
'Stay with me' he said and I just stayed like that staring into his eyes
'Ummm... I'm not going anywhere, I'll just be sitted right across' I finally managed to say, clearing my throat as the words came out more like a whisper
'Here' he said, I scrunched up my eyebrows unable to fathom what he meant
'Lay with me, here' he added and I widened my eyes in comprehension, I felt a little uncomfortable with the idea cause well we weren't there yet in anyway though I know I did kiss him and we're in his parents house
'Please... ' he added more like a pout, I giggled at how silly he was being and layed beside him, he placed his arm around my waist and I felt the most ease I'd ever felt.
Drew's Pov
I woke up with her in my arms, something I've dreamed of for so long I couldn't believe she was really here with me, I watched as the ray's of the rising sun lit her face, she glowed like the gem she was, my gem, I brushed off the strands of hair that rested on her face. She squinted her eyes and smiled, I pulled her closer planting little kisses all over her face, avoiding her lips however I hadn't officially kissed her yet I wanted to know she was ok with me first. I still didn't know how she got to my parents place or how she found me, I didn't even know if she knew the truth but I didn't want to think of anything but the pretty little wolfie laying next to me right now. 
'What?' she asked as I just kept staring at her like I was seeing her for the first time
'You' was all I said, she giggled and burried her face in my chest
'You look well' Monica said as she walked into the living room, Jessica sat up suddenly feeling somewhat awkward
'Relax dear, you don't need to feel shy' Monica said with a faint smile, I could tell she was worried given the recent happenings.
'I take it that you've told her' she asked
'No mom, I will...soon' I answered
'You all must be hungry, Dinners being served' She said and left
I washed up and we headed for the dinning, seems the whole Pack came to dine
'Hi' Jessica greeted before taking a seat next to me
'Jessica, this is My mom I believe you've met and that's my Dad Robert, that's Carlos, Martha, Anna and the many others you'll get to meet with time' I said nodding in their directions
'Nice to meet you all, I'm Jessica, Umm Drew's student' she said shyly
'Enough of the intro let's eat, the aroma is killing me already' Monica said as we all burst into a fit of laughter
We had dinner and I headed for my room with Jessica.
'Its a full house, so you'll have to stay here with me'
'Stay, I'll have to get back home... my folks must be worried' she said fiddling with her fingers
'I don't know if that's a good idea but before you choose to go back I need to tell you something first' I said taking a sit on the bed and she followed suit
'What is it?' she asked, looking up at me, worry dangling in her eyes
'I know you're a wolf' her eyes widened in shock at my confession
'How... how how did you? ' She asked, her heart beating faster against her chest, I took her hands in mind...
'I've been watching you since your Dad died...'
'What, so you really were stalking me... what, is everything just a lie, Is your real name even Drew' I pulled her closer but she pulled her hands out of mine and got up
'I'm a wolf... ' I said and she just stared at me like she'd seen a ghost
'My Dad sent me to watch over you after your Dad passed... '
I told her about the council and how our pack was cast out and also about the prophesy and finally...
'...and I think, actually I know you're my mate' I said taking her hands in mine once more. She said nothing she just stood still looking into my eyes as if trying to find some sort of truth in them
'Say something please' I begged
'I need some air' she said and walked out
