cнapтer тwo---
joнnnyѕ pov: my entire schedule changed, all of my classes were swapped out.
i don't make the best decision.
my friends and i, we always act out in class if i'm being completely honest.
when we sat next to each other we would talk the entire period, screaming laughing, and jumping up and down.
then they moved us apart and we were constantly throwing paper across the room or throwing things in general.
they said "we're to much of a distraction to the students who actually want to learn and we couldn't be in the same class anymore".
i couldn't take them seriously i was just laughing.
who actually wants to learn.
i definitely don't; i don't care about school at all really.
i keep the bare minimum grades so i can play soccer, but all i need are straight d's.
it's not hard to maintain that.
t: right this way.
my new stat teacher says to me.
i follow her through the door way.
t: right next to miss leblanc.
j: hey
i say taking my seat.
a: hi
she says with a slight grin.
i'm almost certain she hates me, we're complete opposites.
we don't actually know each other, but i know enough.
she is miss perfect, the definition of miss perfect.
always does the right thing.
never makes a mistake, has good grades.
just by sitting next to her you could see that.
her many colorful highlighters and colored pens.
highlighting her notes ahead.
she's way to uptight.
j: what page are we on?
i ask her
a: uhm two-thirty two i believe.
j: thanks.
today is our first time speaking.
she has a very soft subtle voice.
a few minutes later i fell alseep while the lesson was going on.
i figured since i now sit next to miss smarty pants i'll just cheat off her on the test.
t: mister orlando
she says while banging a math textbook on my desk.
j: yes
i say yawning and rubbing my eyes, while the class walks out.
t: miss leblanc, what's your schedule like for tutoring?
i turn my head and see her packing up her supplies.
last one to leave the class
go figure.
a: uhm i tutor hayden summerall throughput the week i don't think i have much time.
that's why he is so smart.
t: well please let me know when you can squeeze in time, johnny could really use the help.
j: wait me?
t: yes you.
j: i don't need a tutor, i have practice after school everyday i don't have time for tutoring.
t: this course is not extremely difficult and you're barely pulling a d.
a: you have a d?
annie whispers to me and i ignore her.
t: either you do the tutoring or i'll go to your coach myself and revoke your permission to participate.
i roll my eyes and turn towards annie.
j: so when are you free?
a: like i said i barely have enough time in the day as it is.
j: there has to be a time you're available.
a: fine meet me in the library at 6:30 tomorrow morning.
j: 6:30!
i shout
j: who is up that early?
a: you're the one who needs the help not me.
t: thank you annie.
a: don't be late
she says putting her backpack on her shoulders.
and walking through the door.
