CAMILLA

I've arranged a dinner where everyone involved in this mess will definitely be meeting.

I need to at least do something in order for everyone to talk things out in a peaceful way. I hope after tonight everyone would be in peace.

Charles and Madison arrived soon. My mother, Helen and Xavier with me are waiting for them.

I think this is also the first time Helen and Madison will ever meet. I don't know what will happen when they meet each other, same face, and same man to like.

"Good evening" Charles said to all of us while he is holding Madison's hand. I bet Madison is shy because she avoids eye contact.

I looked at Helen and saw her reaction looking at the woman with the same face as hers, she looks really surprised.

I forgot to mention to Helen that Charles' baby mama looks like her. I forgot about it tho.

"Hi, I'm Helen" Helen said to Madison.

"Madison" Madison replies shyly.

"Madison?" Helen said.

"We've met in the restroom at Heather's wedding" Madison said.

"Yes, I remember." Helen replied.

The dinner began. It was quiet. I also told Xavier earlier not to speak nonsense to avoid getting physical with Charles. I don't want a boxing match tonight.

"Mother, I just wanted to say that I will never change my mind about marrying Madison" Charles said. Mother paused a bit.

"Is that so?" Mother replied.

"Yes," Charles replied.

"Then go ahead, I'll let you" my mother replied. I can't believe she just agreed that quick! I really made the right move to set up this dinner.

"Are you approving?" Charles asked to assure.

"Yes" mother replied.

MADISON

"Are you approving?" Charles asked her mother.

"Yes" his mother replied then she stares at me. I know what she means.

"I'd like you both to come back home." His mother continued.

"I'd like to welcome my 2nd grandchild here." she continued.

I know Charles is believing his mother. And it is a good thing.

The dinner went well, Xavier is working again in the company, and Helen and their son will be staying home with us.

I don't think I'd ever get used to the fact that I will live with her. She seems unhappy seeing me with Charles, I bet she still likes him.

After the dinner, Charles left to get our things from the apartment. We are moving back that quick since his mother insisted that we sleep here tonight.

"You must be the bad guy so that Charles won't bother to look for you after you left." his mother spoke to me in private.

"Yes, I get it. " I replied.

"As soon as the child is out of your womb, you have to go away." She said.

"Yes Madam" I replied. She left me with that evil stare.

I remained outside of the house trying to think of what to do. Maybe I need Luke to help me getaway. I haven't heard from him for weeks. He must've been finding me.

Suddenly, Helen appears.

"Madison, what are you doing here?" Helen said like she knows me.

"Why are you asking that?" I asked her.

"I left you with Mom, you supposed to be with her!" She replied.

"Howw ---" I didn't finish what I'm saying.

"Madison, it's me. Margaret." she said.

The world stopped hearing her say that. She's Margaret. That's why theres a resemblance between us.

My knees got weak. And I wasn't able to keep my balance, she helped me to sit in a chair outside.

"Margaret...." I can't say anything. Margaret and I both love the same man. Why did this happen? Why do I have to be with this mess?

"I should've known earlier, I could've done something to protect you. I'm really sorry that you ended up here." Helen/Margaret started crying.

I cried too. How did we get caught up to this mess? We should be happy at our own home without these people.

It's just so hard to think that my sister and I have a child with the same man.

"Charles' mother told me you were leaving after giving birth. Please go back to mom, I'd help you do that." She said.

"I can't go back to our mom anymore." I replied.

"I'm sending her money for your studies. I thought you were home and living a life." She said. I was really disappointed to my mother. All this time Margaret has been supporting us financially, but she uses the money for alcohol.

I cried harder.

"Go back home, I'd send you the money directly. Go to college, have a job. I'll be helping you" she said.

She hugged me. I wanted to ask her why she left. But I know it's because she wanted me to have a good life than she had.

I cannot hate her for leaving.
