ahhh i'm really sorry for disappearing for like more than a month i really have no excuse for this. i've just been busy lately but i seriously want to thank y'all so much for the love and support this book has gotten !! and i know i say it all the time but there's really no way that i could express how thankful i am for you all to be supporting this book 🥺

and i really love how some of y'all take the time in your day to literally compliment my stories and motivate me to write more because that actually makes me really happy tbh— i was really touched by this one person who messages me saying how much they loved my stories and it was just a super nice interaction !!

hhhhhh i can still remember how i got so excited when this book hit 3k omfg 😭🤚

i haven't proofread this since i was sort of in a rush so feel free to point out any grammatical errors or spelling errors.

but at last, the moment y'all may or may not have been waiting for, another update !! it's a little more on the short side but i hope you'll all still enjoy it nonetheless !

(also happy belated birthday jungkook !  can't believe that he's turning 23 already 🤧 ahhhh this makes me so nostalgic to realize that i practically grew up along with him but happy to see how far he's come at such a young age !  last thing, BTS #1 ON HOT 100 BILLBOARD KINGS WBK)

-October 21, Wednesday-

yoongi was currently plopped down on his bed in the dorms, laying on his side while he scrolled through various social media platforms using his phone.

originally, he intended on having a more productive afternoon but ended up procrastinating.  the school day had just finished and yoongi literally had no energy left.  he probably shouldn't have stayed up until midnight watching devil man crybaby. 

yeah. . .bad idea, he accidentally woke jungkook up when he started balling his eyes out from the ending.

speaking of jungkook, yoongi was waiting for him to finish football practice for the day.

yoongi looked at the small numbers in the top corner of his phone that represented the time, then shutting off his phone and shifted in bed, now laying on his stomach, hugging his pillow.

"mmh, i miss kookie." yoongi mumbled to no one in particular, closing his eyes. "i'll just— just take a quick nap." he yawned. and with that, yoongi drifted to sleep, soft snores leaving his mouth.

soon enough, jungkook entered their dorm with a damp towel and a dirty football uniform. he would usually just shower in the locker rooms so that pretty much explains it.

jungkook throws his football uniform into a hamper, walking over to his side of the dorm room, noticing the couple of papers sitting on top of his desk. "right, homework." jungkook sighed dramatically.

he then turns his head, about to ask yoongi if he could help him with the school assignments. "yah, kitten—"

a small smile appeared on jungkook's face after cutting himself off, seeing yoongi sleeping serenely.  damn he really does look like a kitten.  jungkook randomly thought.  "cutie."

so jungkook just decided to do the homework by himself, even though he would probably get more than half of it wrong—

while jungkook went through his assignments he paused, running a hand through his hair out of habit. "ugh, i'm kinda hungry. should i order chinese food?" jungkook asked himself. "some lo mein sounds really good right about now. yoongi should be awake soon and then we could just have dinner so i guess i'll wait."
