-September 14, Monday-
"You should wait for a little bit, you can sit at the dining table for now while you wait." Yoongi suggested, his cheeks turning slightly pink when Jungkook slings his arm around Yoongi's waist.
Hoseok and Jimin made their way to the dining table and sat down next to each other. Jimin noticed the pajamas Yoongi was wearing and felt a cuteness overload, but decided not to say anything.
They talked to one another as the two eldest hyungs waited for dinner, even though they already had some earlier.
Once the food was ready, Jungkook got the rice and kimchi and placed it on the table while Yoongi got the plates, bowls and utensils for everyone.
After that Jungkook and Yoongi sat directly across from Hoseok and Jimin.
"Thank you for the food!" Hoseok happily stated, already putting some kimchi in his bowl. "Yeah, thanks for dinner!" Jimin repeated. Yoongi and Jungkook both said a 'you're welcome' before getting their own food.
The four of them talked about how the first day of school was treating them. It wasn't too awkward, but awkward enough for Yoongi and Hoseok to notice how Jungkook and Jimin glared at each other from time to time.
"Hey, Kitten— I mean Yoongi, could you pass me a napkin?" Jungkook mentally cursed at himself for calling Yoongi Kitten in front of both upperclassmen.
"Oh, yeah, sure!" Yoongi reaches his hand across the right side of the table to get Jungkook a napkin, not minding that Jungkook called him Kitten in front of Jimin and Hoseok.
Jimin choked on the air when he heard what Jungkook said. "Wait— what did you call Yoongi??"
"Uhm, I called him Yoongi. . .?" Jungkook nervously answered, avoiding eye contact with Jimin. "Well that isn't what I heard." Jimin mumbled.
"Then you must've heard me wrong." Jungkook retorted, sticking his tongue out in a childish manner. Jimin felt like he could just strangle that bunny boy, yet he refrained himself from doing so.
Jimin wanted to end this once and for all, figure out what Yoongi was hiding. "Is something going on between you two, Yoongi?"
"H-huh? What do you mean?" Yoongi questioned, looking at Jimin. "Nothing is going on between us, we're just roommates." Jungkook interrupted as he glared at Jimin, while Hoseok just stayed silent, absolutely oblivious to all that was happening. Although one thing was clear, some tea would be spilled tonight.
"How can I be so sure about that? I know something is definitely going on." Jimin said with determination, knowing that he would not leave without an answer.
"Jungkook, can we talk for a second?" Yoongi murmured, loud enough for everyone to hear.
Jungkook looked at Yoongi and his heart softened. "Of course Kitten, do we need to talk in private?" Jungkook whispered.
"Y-yeah."
"Alright then. Can you wait for me outside the dorm? I just need to say something to Hoseok and Jimin hyung." Jungkook told Yoongi, being polite enough to say hyung. Yoongi nodded and shuffled out of the dorm, his head still peaking into the room, waiting for Jungkook.
"Sorry for the inconvenience Hoseok hyung, I'll sort things out later." Jungkook smiled, facing Hoseok. "And you, don't do anything sneaky while I'm gone." Jungkook said, looking at Jimin.
Hoseok quietly laughed to himself, even though he knew this probably wasn't the right time to be laughing. He just found it funny that Jungkook was kind to him, yet rude to Jimin.
Jungkook walked out of the room, closing the door behind him after getting the key for the dorm. Yoongi looked up at him, ready to say something. "Jungkook, shouldn't we tell just them?"
"Tell them that we're soulmates?" Jungkook echoed. He knew Yoongi wasn't joking around if he called him by his real name.
"Yeah. . . I don't wanna keep it a secret from those two, especially Jimin hyung. He only wants to know everything that happens to me so he can keep me safe." Yoongi explained.
"I can tell, but I feel like he might be too protective over you." Jungkook argued. "If he really was your friend, then he would respect your privacy at times."
"It's not that he's too overprotective Jungkook, he just. . .doesn't trust you that much." Yoongi revealed, now looking at the floor. "He told me and Hoseok hyung that you would be a bad influence to me, or anyone really."
Jumgkook knew what Yoongi meant by 'bad influence', and that's because he really was a bad influence. What kind of good influence would get into fights, sleep with random people, and skip class?
"Alright, alright, you do have a point there. But what happens if they won't support us? What if they're homophobic?" Jungkook rambled. "I-I'm just scared, okay? I don't want anyone to hate me just because of my soulmate. I don't want anyone to hate you just because of me being your soulmate."
"Jungkook please, trust me. They won't hate us after we tell them we're soulmates. Jimin found his soulmate today, and they're both the same sex. Hoseok, Jimin, and his soulmate had positive reactions to this." Yoongi told him.
Jungkook nodded, still not being sure about telling the two upperclassmen. "Okay. Let's tell them." He responded as he unlocked the dorm room and opened the door. He let Yoongi walk in first, then followed him back to his seat after closing the door.
"So. . .?" Hoseok prompted, watching the two sit down. "What did you two talk about?" Jimin questioned.
"We want to tell you guys something." Yoongi spoke up, looking at Jungkook for approval before continuing. "Well uh, we're— we're soulmates!"

Thanks for reading! Also, did you guys hear about how BTS postponed their tour? I'm actually pretty glad they did for both their own health, and ARMY'a health. The best part is, their honoring the tickets!! That's good for me because that means I don't have to go through the hunger games again. ٩(^‿^)۶ Again, thank you for reading! <3
