CHAPTER 4: Team Competition

It's all bright and sunny when I woke up the next day. Very pleasing to the eyes but my body and emotions does not agree. I have no appetite, with pale face and not in a mood to go to school, but I have to. I haven't told everything about Edward to Aunt Paulette, she just packed my breakfast and bid me goodbye before I went to school.

The 15-20 minutes' walk helped me clear out my thoughts, but every step I made, seems to drag me. I kept thinking about him, about us, about what happened. A lot of questions keep running on my mind and I want answers. I am not aware that during that time, Aeon is just behind me, quiet, and observing. I just notice it when we were about to reach the school together. I don't know how to thank him, it's not because I have no chance but I'm not in the mood to talk to anyone.
