𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙧𝙙 𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙤𝙣 +it was almost 6am and arabella found herself unable to sleep, she was outside in the backyard. she had made her way to her 'spot' in the garden, sitting on the swinging bench with the blanket over her. she was sipping on some hot chocolate that she had spontaneously decided to make.
arabella always wanted it to be a snowy christmas, but that was the downside in la. there hasn't been proper snowfall since 1962. it would be a miracle if it began to snow.
it had been a week since thanksgiving and the thanksgiving party. it was officially christmas time! arabella had spent every day since thanksgiving decorating and making sure everything was perfect and festive
noah had been oddly quiet since the whole thanksgiving party, arabella was curious. but it seemed like she was the only one who noticed, seeing as all the other guys haven't said a thing.
"um, do you mind if i sit with you?", a voice spoke up.
arabella jumped slightly in shock, spilling a small bit of the hot chocolate on herself, burning her leg.
"shit!", she cursed, placing the hot chocolate down on the small table beside her.
she looked up to see noah with a mug in his hands.
"i'm really sorry," he apologised.
arabella wiped her leg with her hoodie sleeve.
"it's fine, come sit," the girl smiled, lifting her legs off the side.
"thanks," noah smiled weakly, taking a seat next to her.
arabella threw the blanket over both of their legs, shuffling closer to noah slightly so they both had enough blanket. arabella could tell something was up with noah.
"somethings up noah, and don't even think of lying to me," arabella spoke up.
noah gave arabella a tired and sad look. the girl felt her heart almost drop at this. so she patted her lap, indicating for noah to lay his head down.
"are you sure?", he asked quietly, slightly confused by the girls sudden affection.
"just shut up noah," the girl chuckled.
