back to the party, present time...
arabella felt a nauseating feeling in the pit of her stomach. her eyes met aiden's blue ones, but this time she didn't look away. she wasn't going to allow herself to get pulled in by him this time.
arabella was done letting people walk over her.
"bella," aiden breathed out.
arabella just glared at him, feeling a burning rage that she's never felt before. addison's eyes scanned the boy who arabella was staring at, but she didn't recognise him.
"bella, what's going on?", addison asked wearily.
"go get kio, tell him to come here right now just say aiden," arabella spoke to addison in a low voice so aiden wouldn't hear.
addison was weary but nonetheless nodded and sped outside to where kio was seated.
"long time no see baby eh?", aiden chuckled, stepping closer to arabella.
aiden expected arabella to step backwards, but she didn't.
"woah, where's all this confidence come from bella?", aiden laughed, taking a sip from a red solo cup.
"what are you doing here?", arabella asked, crossing her arms.
"am i not allowed to party," he chuckled.
"sure, but i didn't think the hype house would allow literal trash to walk through their doors," she remarked.
"ooh, good one bella, caught me right in the heart," aiden mocked, holding a hand to his heart dramatically.
he shook it off with a laugh.
addison jogged towards kio and the others who were at the bench in the backyard still talking.
"kio!", addison exclaimed, slowing down as she reached the table.
"woah, what's wrong?", kio asked quickly.
"it's arabella," addison replied breathlessly, from her sprinting.
at the mention of arabella, noah and the others all perked up and put all their attention on addison.
