the next week was a blur, nothing eventful happened really. everyone kept up to date with posting content, there was no drama, and a really stress free lead up to christmas.

arabella couldn't be more excited to present her gift to noah on christmas eve, she's been working really hard on it and sacrificed a lot of sleep. she was looking forward to spending this christmas with the boys, it would be different than normal christmases and more fun. her parents wanted to go away for christmas and visit family in spain, but they wanted arabella and kio to experience their christmas at sway house due to them always speaking about how cool it would be. everyone was going to spend their mornings with their family, then around 4pm they were all back at the sway house.

arabella was having a really bad day with her adhd, she hasn't had a bad day for quite some time. she was getting frustrated really easy at everything, she was struggling to concentrate on anything. arabella despises these days, she couldn't stand still and she was having difficulties finishing off the final bits of the song. she knew she needed to get out of her room before she went insane.

she threw on a hoodie over her shorts and began to pack up her things. arabella couldn't find her main notebook which had all the lyrics that she had been working on. she began frantically moving things around on her bed, opening her bedside drawer searching for it. she began to grow more and mor frustrated when she couldn't find it.

she tried to think back and retrace her steps, she recalled going downstairs. she must've left her main notebook downstairs. she let out a groan and left her room, practically sprinting down the stairs.

she almost crashed into anthony on the stairs.

"woah, are you okay?", he asked, slightly concerned for the girl.

"uh yeah i am!", she replied quickly, continuing to rush down the stairs.

she ran to the kitchen and immediately spotted her notebook. she let out a sigh of relief, grabbing it. arabella his it in one of the drawers so she could go hang out with some of the others in the living room.

she grabbed some peach iced tea from the fridge and began to pour it into a glass. her hands were shaking slightly but she didn't even notice. arabella could never tell when her anxiety levels were high, other people could see the signs but she couldn't. having adhd aswell linked in with her anxiety so it wasn't great when she had her rare bad days.

arabella grabbed her glass and made her way into the living room, she spotted a space next to noah. he grinned at her, the girl not even noticing as she placed her glass on the coffee table in front of them. she took a seat in the small space next to noah, her fairly close to him. her knee was bouncing up and down frantically, she began to twiddle her fingers, being unable to sit still and watch whatever video game bryce and kio were playing.

noah gave her a concerned look, he knew something was wrong.

"hey, what's wrong?", he frowned.

arabella turned to him.

"nothing, why?", she asked, her brows furrowed.

"your knee hasn't stopped shaking since you sat down, you can sit still and you look really anxious," he explained.

arabella instinctively placed her hand on her thigh, only now noticing her knee.

"i-i think i'm having a bad day," she sighed, chewing on her lip.

she felt really emotional in that moment and embarrassed. she despised having adhd alone, but the bad days made her so much worse. any other day, she can control it, and she doesn't show many symptoms. but the bad days were very rare, maybe once or twice a month.

she felt really uncomfortable and embarrassed now, she felt the urge to cry and scream in frustration. arabella felt her eyes burn, so she quickly stood up from her seat and left the room, making her way out to the garden. she jogged to her spot, feeling the tears begin to roll down her cheeks.

noah panicked when he saw her rush up and run away, he instinctively got up and followed after her. he jogged i tot he garden and further near her spot to see her on the floor, her body shaking as small sobs left her mouth. noah's stomach sank, him quickly rushing over to her and wrapping his arms around her. he pulled the sobbing girl onto his lap, holding her close to him as she cried.

noah hated seeing arabella like this. he hated seeing anyone like this, but especially arabella. he instantly knew something was wrong when she placed her glass down and took a seat. her hands were shaking and she had a genuinely anxious expression which instantly alarmed him.

"it's going to be okay, just take nice deep breaths," he soothed, smoothing down her hair.

he knew she was having a mini panic attack so he got her to focus on her breathing to hopefully calm her down a little and ground her.

he was being her gravity.
