it was the day after the boating day with the pate family, starlette s phone blowing up with fans trying to figure out who the guy is in the photo, her and her friends laughing at everybody's attempts.

star was with rudy at his apartment, chase chilling with cheezeits on the sofa watching netflix while rudy and star sat next to him, chase taking up the entire couch as he lay causing star to sit on the lovesac bean bag in the corner of the living room.

the boys attention was snatched away from their phones and playstation as they heard the facetime dial sound, thinking it was then but looking at star who held her phone in her hands, calling her mom.

"hi baby! how are you!" her moms voice echoed through the room.

"hey momma, i'm good, how are you?" she smiled, chase and rudy leaping over, loving her mom to bits, everybody did. she was the coolest mom to exist. her friends only met her over facetime, the two facetiming nearly everyday to catch up with star and her friends.

"i'm good, yeah! but guess what- oh hey boys!" she smiled through the screen, the boys squishing onto the large beanbag.

"hey momma carter!" the boys said in unison

"so, we're coming down to visit y'all! we're leaving tomorrow" she smiled, the girl gasping excitedly

"no freaking way, really!" she smiled

"yeah! i'm super excited! i thought we'd come surprise visit for your birthday next week, but you know me, i can't keep secrets" she laughed

"i'm super excited to see you guys! it feels like it's been forever since christmas" she sighed

"anyway, who's the boy in your instagram post, star you have to tell me! it better not be that noah boy, he's a little asshole for what he did" she scoffed

"i uh- no it's not, it's not noah. i haven't spoken to him since he left." she said, looking up at rudy who had a subtle smirk on his face, the girl blushing.

"i'll talk to you about it when i see you tomorrow, yeah?" she smiled

"uhh, fine, okay baby it was good catching up, we've got a lot of packing to do so i'll see you tomorrow, i love you!" she said

"i love you to mom, bye!" she smiled as she hung up, turning to smack rudy who laughed

"you didn't wanna tell her it was me, you got embarrasseddd!" rudy laughed hysterically

"shut up! it's embarrassing to talk about that stuff when the person is literally up my ass behind me" she growled

"i mean that's a little weird if i'm up your ass when your calling your mom" rudy joked, star smacking him over the back of the head

"rudeth pankow!" she growled

"alright i'm out, i ain't getting my ass beat, deuces" chase said, snatching his cheezeits and dipping to his room, leaving the couple alone.

"no fuckin on my lovesac, that cost to much damn money, don't even think about it" chase peeped his head out of his room
