Two Paths

You watched the stars pass by as you leaned against the side of the ship. To think, you used to dream of seeing these. Now, you were soaring through them. You recalled the two years where you had once lived among them.

Robbie: Alright, looks like we're at this point then. Are we going to Xander of Vormir first?

Robbie and Sam joined you and the others in the back of the ship.

Y/N: Xander has the Stone protected but, we also have no idea rather they'll attack us or not. We also have no idea what's waiting for us in Vormir.

Doreen: All the more reason to go to Xander. We can try to do some peace talking since we're Asgardian royalty.

Cat: But we can't risk Thanos getting the Soul Stone first. If he does, he'll have two.

Robbie: But if he gets the Power Stone, we'll be even more screwed. Just saying.

Danny: Perhaps we can trade Sam for the Stone?

Sam: Dude!

Molly: Nope! Not gonna happen.

You noticed that she seemed a bit more protective than normal with him.

Danny: That was just, a joke. Sorry. I was trying to lighten up the mood.

Moon Knight: I think you're missing an obvious option here.

Moon Knight: We can split up, Scooby-Doo style!

Y/N: I mean, sure. I guess. We only have one ship through.

Moon Knight: There is another.

You suddenly heard static on the coms before you heard a familiar voice.

Peter: Hope we're not too late to join the party.

You all turned towards the window and saw the Guardians' ship along with Adam flying next to it.

Moon Knight: So, about splitting up...

Y/N: I'll approve it. Who's going where?

Tandy: I can lead a team to Xander and try my hand at negotiations.

Sam: Obviously I have to go.

Robbie: And I'll go to make sure he stays out of trouble. Besides, I was apart of the whole incident last time.

Danny: Then I shall join. Out of everyone here, I am the most level headed.

Doreen: And I'll go with them to keep them all out of trouble. Plus, they need a strong chick with them if anything goes wrong.

You nodded.

Y/N: Then you guys will go with the Guardians. The rest of us are going to Vormir. We'll look around the planet or something and see what we can find.

Everyone nodded before silence took over. This, was really happening. Out of the two groups, the odds of at least one of you running into Thanos' forces were high.

Y/N: Everyone, I know you'll do great. We're the Strikers. It's what we do.

You reached your fist out as the others watched. Robbie then walked of and placed his against yours. Everyone followed before you were all in a circle with your arms in.

Y/N: Strikers, Strike.

Everyone nodded as the Guardians ship landed on yours. Sam turned to grab bis stuff but Molly stopped him.
