"fuck off, asshole!" taehyung angrily disses the guy before him. "why don't you go ahead and run to your daddy? you need your daddy to save you? huh?" the kid laughs loudly, his friends cackling along. "i said, fuck off asshole." taehyung grits his teeth.
"hyung?! are you okay?" jungkook hold jimin by his arms, as the boy recovers from the hard punch the thug gave him earlier. "i'm fine, i'm fine." he says, regaining his balance.
"what are you gonna do about it?" a smug expression stretches the boy's beastly face. "beat the living shit out of you." taehyung brows knit together, his fists tightening. "n-no, hyung-" jungkook calls, only to be cut off my jimin who steps forward. he looked pretty pissed too.
"the two of you and the five of us? ha! you're clearly outnumbered, dumbass." another goon from the opposing group retorts, scoffing at taehyung's bold statements. "you obviously have no clue who we are. you and your pathetic, miserable, flimsy 'gang' don't stand a chance. do you really want this?" taehyung steps closer, his composure highly intimidating.
"this will be a piece of cake." their leader retorts, rolling his sleeves up.
"that's enough out of you cockheads." yoongi walks towards the two disgruntled groups. the five other kids step back, seeing the familiar pale-faced man stand on taehyung's side. "get your ugly asses out of here, or the five of you are gonna get in real trouble." he spits, the five boys immediately running away.
jungkook sighs in relief. "oh thank god."
taehyung snaps his head at yoongi, a scowl expression on his face. "hyung, we had that." he groans in annoyance at his elder. "no, he was right. you are outnumbered." yoongi simply turns and starts walking back where he came from.
"yeah, but jungkook could have taken them on easily!" tae retorts, following yoongi closely behind. "hey, i didn't wanna fight in the first place!" he runs to his elder brothers, peeking over his shoulder only to see the gang whimper away.
"well you don't exactly have a choice, do you?" taehyung glared at jungkook, the boy rolling his eyes at his older brother. "i was soo ready to crush their asses." jimin states, kicking rocks as he pursuits yoongi.
"be grateful i saved you, you dumb fucks." yoongi expressed agitatedly, continuing to lead the boys home. "oh i definitely am. it's these two you should be worrying about." jungkook huffs, glaring at his slightly injured brothers.
"whatever. you pricks shouldn't be here in the first place." yoongi sighs, stuffing his hands to his pockets. his three brothers stay quiet, their expressions low. the four of them walk a familiar road, soon seeing the house that was the last place they'd go to.
"don't be so down in the dumps. namjoon wants to tell us something and he says all of us have to be there." yoongi seethes, leading his 3 brothers.
namjoon runs his two fingers down the rough cement. he looked up, not even seeing the wall's limit from his perspective. he sighs, placing his hands on what he thought was the only thing keeping them from what all of them wanted. with his fingertips, he glides his hand across the rugged surface. feeling every small bump as if they were small mountains.
how badly he wanted to leave.
namjoon lowers himself, sitting on the grass below him. he leans against the wall, finding a sense of comfort even if it wasn't the softest object. he looks at the night sky.
it was dull, and plain. almost a singular, cold color. lifeless perhaps. it was always like that. everything seemed dead. he had been studying the whole place for his whole life.
