Chapter 9

Diego let go of your hand when he saw the young man approaching, Kira however still held yours. You didn't feel anything, you couldn't read your emotions and you were completely lost with your mind.

You weren't even hearing everything the boy approaching you started to talk about, his voice fading in and out of your head, you looked up at Kira, not feeling his hand holding yours.

"Whatever let's just get this over with," Diego said while starting to walk ahead, he didn't want to trust any of them, but he knew they were more trust worthy to be let alone with you than Valentine, the jockey knew what the President was really like when he was alone with women he had to somehow get you away from the others, away from the President, he wanted to keep you to himself, he didn't know why but something inside him told him to.

"Master." The voice of your stand suddenly snapped you out of your thoughts, you wanted to cry your eyes out after hearing it. "Our ride will arrive shortly, we need to leave," it spoke to you with emotionless voice. Were you going to kill someone again? oh god, please no. You wanted to feel disgusted with yourself turning your head to look as Kira holding your hand and telling you to follow him and not run off with his soothing voice, his eyes looking much more 'comforting' than before.

As you started to walk along with Kira you could hear your stand speaking to you, words you couldn't understand at all. Doppio started to ask you questions, now hearing his voice drown out your stand's you looked at him. "Are you hungry? you look a lot paler than the last time we met!" he asked while looking at you with curious eyes, "I.. don't know?" you looked down as your voice cracked a bit.

"Is she sick? What did you guys do to her? Tell me! The boss won't be happy about this!" Kira looked at Doppio with an annoyed expression on his face "we didn't do anything, we found her like this." Not mentioning anything about what he thought you had done, ignoring Doppio who kept talking about his boss.

You were wondering now if these men were working for someone, who was the boss? Looking back up you saw Diego walking up ahead. "We need to leave master." your stand suddenly perked up, you weren't sure of anything anymore, maybe you should try getting to the foundation and they could fix the mess you've created.

Suddenly you could hear a sound of a car approaching as you turned your head to look, could that be? no way. And sure enough, the car pulled over as a man stepped out of the vehicle. "Miss [L/N]?" The man said you recognized his outfit, he was from the foundation! Suddenly Kira pushed you towards the pink-haired man who caught you and took your hand in his while watching Kira walk towards the man.

"She's with us, what do you need her for?" He said as he got closer to the man, "Ah apologizes sir, I'm from her work we need her to get back." The man said as he pulled out the card with the foundation information and handed it to Kira. You could see a pink cat-like humanoid appear behind Kira as he held the business card, "Ah, I see, well let me go get her for you, she isn't feeling too well." He said as he handed to card back to the man while the humanoid behind him vanished off.

As Kira made his way back to you two his expression suddenly changed to something unreadable.

"But on second thought, I don't think I will." He said as the pink humanoid appeared behind him again now holding it's hand out with a 'thumbs up'. "What?" the man next to the car said before the humanoid pushed it's thumb down and making a 'click' sound. The man exploded creating smoke and small flames, you looked away as you slightly flinched.

"Let's go." Kira looked towards you before taking your hand into his again.

You looked back but there was nothing left of the man, just dust that was vanishing to the wind. This was all was happening because of you, it was your fault, you were sure of it. You looked ahead of you seeing Diego look at you before turning his head away and continued to walk again. 

What was going to happen, would more people die because of your mistake? You could feel your stand trying to call you again, begging you to listen to it.
