Escape Artist [JJBA Villains x reader]

Chapter 5

You had successfully made your way into the mall you, looking around anxiously again you saw a man with blond hair and, somewhat interesting looking tie, you both made eye contact and that send you shivers down your spine, you knew just by looking at him he was bad news, as he started to approach you with a slight smile on his face, you quickly began to make your way in the crowd of people, you could surely lose him in there, right? 

Kira watched as you helplessly tried to blend into the crowd, a killer with experience felt like he was hunting once again, he began to  follow you , watching as you helplessly tried to blend into the people around you, yet he was still keeping his distance to let you feel like you were escaping him, oh how much he enjoyed this feeling.

you felt like your prayer had been answered once you saw the lone payphone, just waiting for you, but you still felt very uneasy, was that tie guy really gone?

Kira was just waiting for you to make your way to the payphone and as he saw you walk towards the phone, he slowly started to make his way towards you oh so slowly.

Until one thing happened, dinosaurs, more specifically raptors, began screeching and running around the mall, jumping on people and started to search for something, most likely you. 

the entire mall was filled with people screaming in fear as the predators made their way towards you two, as you turned around you also saw the man just meter or two away from you. Kira cursed under his breath, why did the fossil have to cause such a mess? He looked back at you and sure enough, you were gone, dammit. 

Everything was becoming a pure chaos, the prehistoric predators were now almost everywhere, people were trying to get out of the mall in pure panic. "Master, you should turn around that corner, i believe trying to get out with all these panicked souls would be a bad idea." and as you did you saw a man with a.. dinosaur tail? and a messed up looking face laughing and seemingly having the time of his life as the raptors around him were running around and screeching, your stand spoke once more. "Master! turn left, don't let the beast see you! " perhaps it was too late  as he looked around him admiring the chaos and saw you, and so the chase began, could you ever get a one moment where you wouldn't be chased  by these odd men? 

"oi lass, get back here! you can't keep running away forever  y'know!" maybe he was right, your legs were starting to hurt from running all the time, you needed to rest your legs soon or they would break. 

"Master go through that door! " you saw a door with a sign that stated 'upstairs' well better go through it, as you swinged to door open and slammed it close behind you and locked it, sure enough the door started pounding as the raptors began to claw it with all their power. 

"Master, go up, the door isn't going to keep them away much longer! " you were breathing heavily as you made your way up the stairs. "dudette! you better not be planning anything too risky you hear?!" the dinosaur man said. 

As you kept getting up stairs, now walking as you grew more tired of running, yeah this adventure so far could beat any gym day surely. As you were nearing the final flight of stairs you heard the door break down and loud screeching coming from down stairs, "hey dolly! ready or not here we come!" well isn't that just great. 

you opened the door and closed it shut behind you, looking around you found yourself on top of the roof, what now? you looked around, once again, perhaps you could jump to the other roof near this building? "great idea master let's go! " your stand could hear your thoughts? could have told you sooner. As you were on your way to jump to the next roof the door began to pound, man they sure were fast. And with the power you had left in your legs after running around so much you leaped across and landed on the next roof, almost falling over yourself. Perfect, now to the next one. 

Kira watched outside as he saw you jumping from roof to roof, and watching the dinosaurs and Diego finally breaking down the door. He surely was impressed, you still had some power left in you, lucky for him you would surely run out of it. He took out a sandwich from his suit pocket that he had taken from the mall and began to eat as he watched the scene in front of him, all he needed was time, patience was the key for this hunt. 

He looked down on his watch and sure enough, soon the sun would set again  and you'd have more trouble once the darkness would come out. 

"hey lady! didn't i tell you not to do anything too risky! this is dangerous!" the dinosaur man yelled as he tried to get to you, he jumped to the next roof and keeping his balance with his long tail. "Valentine is gonna kill me if you were to die, i tell you that president of mine has his head in the clouds!" the man yelled at you once more. "Well tell him i don't wish to be in his presence!" you yelled back at the lizard man, which made the man laugh, "well maybe if you don't want to be with Mr President, we should go on some romantic ride yeah?" you turned your head to look back at the man as you had landed to the next roof. "in your dreams, dino boy!" he seemed to smirk at you before getting ready to jump again, "darling dearest you can call me Diego, i'm the best jockey to ever exist!" 

and before you knew it, your foot slipped and you were founding yourself falling down the building. "hey! i told you this was dangerous-" the man named Diego screamed as he tried to get to the roof you were just on.  

you were sure you'd hit the ground at any second now, curse you gravity. you soon hit something, which wasn't ground, you looked up at your saviour and saw the bird man again, now his arms were back but he had wings on his back? "Now human i have you, no more tricks no more games!" he looked at you with a death glare, his red eyes staring into your soul. As you kept struggling against the man as he kept gliding away, "stop struggling you filth, be glad that it was me who saved you, humans are so pathetically weak they could be turned into pile of flesh and bones if they were to fall down that height!" you however still kept struggling which annoyed the man "stop it do you wish us to fall down?-" as soon as he said it, you headbutted him and now you both were in fact falling down, now from much lower height than the building.

Kars was annoyed, how dare didn't you obey him, how dare would you attack your one true master! you were truly annoying to him, yet something in you made him tingle, humans were truly weird to him. soon you both landed roughly in what seemed to be a small lake, as the water knocked the air out of your lungs and your side was burning in pain with the contact, you quickly tried to make your way out of underwater, having a glance behind you and seeing the man behind you having a rough time of trying to swim back up to the surface, most likely due to his huge wings that were now wet and heavy. 

As you finally got some air into your lungs you made your way to the land and almost collapsed, no, now wasn't time to give up you had to go, and then the realization hit you, the suitcase. where did you leave it? a small panic set in maybe you wouldn't need it you had the arrow with you right? 

Valentine sighed as he held your suitcase to his chest, the only thing he could remember his true love of now. he wasn't suprised when you forgot about it after seeing him, he couldn't blame himself he was just so mesmerizing!  Pucci walked along him as he was trying to find his master, the vampire could surely be able to come to them once the sun set down.
