Looking back at what I wrote this chapter is really short. I'm sorry ): The next chapter is longer and (Y/N) has some cute wholesome moments with Felix so hang tight!

~Punk Prince Charming~

"David?!" Felix shouted, his voice filling the silence of the forest.

"David where are you?!" I joined, staying as close to Felix as possible.

A gust of wind sent a bunch of leaves barreling at us. Great, now we're lost and covered and leaves. Felix sighed picking a leaf out of his hair. "Wait..." He whispered peeking around the nearest tree.

"Huh?" I stepped around him excited to see we'd found our way out.

"We should go back to David's. I need to call my dad and we need to get you to a doctor." Anger radiated off of him. Stronger than ever. His stride was hard to match and his fists were clenched by his sides.

"I know this isn't the time, but the kidnappers still might've gotten to David. They were chasing us through the forest and..."

"What?!" Felix exclaimed, stopping in the middle of the road.

"I'm sure he's fine, Felix." Remembering the feeling of losing him, I took a leap of faith. Taking his stillness as an opportunity I padded to his side, lacing his fingers with mine. "I was scared they were gonna take you."

Earning a soft smile from Felix he ruffled my hair and squeezed my hand. The two of us set off on a mission. Unstoppable, was how'd I'd describe the feeling. "Did the police really hang up? I'm kinda fuzzy."

"I mean- I think?" I shrugged. "Maybe it was an error or you lost signal?"

"It's hella suspicious." Felix shook his head, his earring jingling with the movement. I rubbed my thumb comfortingly along his.

"You sound like David." Felix rolled his eyes dramatically at my words, a grin forming on his lips.

"We're here." Felix dropped my hand. Patiently waiting outside was none other than Coco. Felix rubbed Coco's head and led me through David's backyard. The sliding glass door was still open. This place felt gross...

"I hope they're all gone," I whispered rushing to grab the back of Felix's tee. The broken vase and Felix's phone were still there. Thank god, everyone was gone. Felix dropped down to grab his phone and dialed his dad.

Drawing me to his side Felix grabbed my hand again. "I don't want something to happen to you." Felix smiled. "So until all of this shit is solved...stay by my side."

"I've always been by your side."

"(Y/N)." Felix cut me off turning towards me and tucked a strand of hair behind my ear. He sounded like he had something to say but bit his lip averting his gaze.

"What?" I cupped his cheek. His smile faltered and his gaze dropped to my lips. I flushed, dropping my head and my hand.

"I want you to trust me again." What are we doing? But this time Felix wouldn't let up. He slid his hand up my neck tilting my chin upwards. He was close. Closer than we'd ever been. So close I could feel his breath on my lips. My eyes fluttered closed and I instinctively leaned forward.

"Felix?" His phone interrupted and with a groan, he picked up.

"Hey, dad." Felix slid his hand down my arm turning towards his shoes and jacket. I slapped my hands over my face giving myself a second to process what had almost happened. My hands felt cool against my burning skin. Cautiously, I peeked between my fingers making a mental note of the red tint on the tips of Felix's ears. Trust him? "Something happened. (Y/N) is with me and we're both fine, I mean except for her arm. I think David got kidnapped." Felix turned back towards me and pulled his phone away from his ear. "(Y/N), get your shoes on."

I sat down by the door and pulled on my sneakers lacing them tight. My phone! I bent over discovering I'd dropped my phone in the entrance. "Be right back," I mumbled scrambling up the stairs. Duct tape. I need duct tape, a towel, and pain medication. Quick.

From what I could remember David had crafting stuff in his closet. Throwing open his broken door I dug through his closet retrieving an arms-length stick of wood. Perfect. I grabbed duct tape off David's desk and pressed the make-shift splint against my wrist.

Quickly wrapping it, I ripped the tape with my teeth and tossed the roll back onto his desk. Gauze would be better. I ran back into the hallway to the nearest bathroom. Gauze, please. I threw open drawer after drawer. Yes! Covering all of the wood, I bundled the gauze between my fingers like a glove.

I swallowed two pills of Ibuprofen dry, leaving a lump in my throat. Hopefully, this will last. I waved my arm in front of me in the mirror. God, I look like hell. I shut the bathroom door behind myself and jogged down the stairs. At the bottom, Felix tapped his foot, patiently waiting for me.

"What's with your arm?" He noted. "We were gonna stop by the hospital."

"This should last until we have some free time." I hopped off the final step. "We do this together."

Felix reached into his jacket pocket pulling out a small pocket knife. "Good, We have some business to take care of."

The trip to the police station on his bike was rather quiet. Maybe we were gathering our thoughts. "What do we do when we get there?" I whispered against Felix's back. Unable to control a bike with one arm Felix had insisted I ride on the back of his.

Felix shrugged, his back muscles stretching beneath me. "I'm gonna kill someone," he muttered under his breath.

"We stick together," I whispered, repeating my promise. Felix's ears burned red, his head tilting to glance at me out of the corner of his eye. His gaze made my heart beat faster and my face rosy.

"We do."

His words sounded genuine. I craned my neck to look at his face. A small smile graced his lips, his face beautifully tinted red. His eyes met mine and his smile grew.

I wonder when I started to feel this way towards him. Started to love everything he did and said. Maybe I just didn't want to admit it before. Now with my head pressed against Felix's back and his heartbeat against my hands, it was obvious. Who wouldn't love this charming idiot?
