Five Pov

I grunted as Klaus's hand slapped me harshly. Oh, my lip is definitely busted now, I thought. Lina's smile was unwavering, but I could feel her bloodlust grow stronger, along with the level of anger that shew as currently experiencing. How do I know, you ask?

Well, let me explain.

Lina Angriness Stage One: When Lina begins to get angry, the ends of her lips grow just a bit firmer- and instead of looking, she starts to glare. It's like flicking a switch. Her body goes into full intimidation mode and her eyebrows furrow just about 2 millimetres as a result.

Simple, really.

While Lina coped with her anger, I roughly brushed the slight bit of blood away with the back of my hand. Lina pulled me away from the desk that I'd been leaning on, and pulled out a handkerchief from her pocket. She dabbed at the cut gently, making my heart flutter from the close proximity of our faces.

"I want it. Name, please. Now." Klaus demanded.

"You're crazy." The male staff member stated.

"Oh, you got no idea." Lina retorted.

Pulling me away from Klaus, Lina pushed me behind her. Then she picked up the snow globe that was sitting on the male staff member's desk and said something that contrasted drastically from her terrifying tone of voice.

"Peace on Earth? That's so sweet." She commented, before hitting Klaus on the head so hard with the snow globe that it shattered into a million pieces.

"Oh!! Argh!! God, that hurt!!" Klaus grunted in pain, blood streaming down the corner of his face.

"That's the price you pay for hitting my son," Lina replied happily, the two-millimetre decrease between her eyebrows disappearing.

"I'm calling Securi- WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!" The male staff member started, fingers shaking from shock and fear.

However, before he could finish his sentence, Klaus took the phone away from the male staff and started to whine.

"There's been an assault... in Mr.Big's office, and we need Security now. Schnell!!" He screeched and ended the call with another pained groan.

"Now, here's what's gonna happen, Grant." Klaus began.

"It's... Lance."

"No one gives a shit," Lina stated.

"In about sixty seconds, two Security guards are gonna burst through that door, and they're gonna see a whole lot of blood, and they're going to wonder, "What the Hell happened?" and we're going to tell them that you... beat the shit out of us." Klaus finished.

"W- What about her? She's the one that hit you with that globe, not me." Lance said, throwing fearful glances at Lina.

"Oh, don't worry about that. My son will tell the guards that you sexually harassed me, and when I resisted, you slapped me and knocked me unconscious. As a result, my husband here fought you off in order to protect me and was hit on the head with a snow globe, by you, in return. Finally, when my son grabbed your arm to pull you away, you hit him and he got a busted lip. Doesn't that sound about right?" Lina answered, somehow coming up with a perfectly plausible story in under ten seconds.

SLAP-

Then she slapped herself and proceeded to be "knocked unconscious", crumpling to the ground. I hurriedly crouched down and pulled her up into my arms, checking to make sure that shew as all right. I mean, she's done it to herself so she should be okay... but that doesn't mean that I'm not worried about her!!

Almost as though hearing my mental pleas, Lina cracked open one eye and gave me the slightest of smirks.

"You're gonna do great in prison, Grant. Trust me, I've been there. Little piece of chicken like you. Oh, my God, you're gonna get passed around like a... You're just- you're gonna do great. That's all I'm saying." Klaus finished, giving the staff a bright smile.

"Jesus, you're a real sick bastard and bitch- the lot of you-"

"That's the point, Grant." Lina chimed in, giving him a thumbs-up from her position on the ground.

"Thank you," Klaus replied, serious for the first time since this whole episode started.

In the end, the male staff member pulled the records out to check for the owner of the glass eye. But unfortunately for us, it hadn't been manufactured yet- which meant that there was no name that the staff could give us.

"Well, this is not good," I said, the three of us walking out of the building with a few more wounds than before.

"But I was pretty good, though, right? Yeah, what about my consent, bitch?!" Klaus said, all sunshine and rainbows despite his bloody forehead.

"Klaus, it doesn't matter." Lina cut him off, letting out a small sigh.

"What, what? What's the big deal with this eye, anyway?!" Klaus complained.
