Third Pov

Five sat in the old van with Delores, in a place not too far from the prosthetics company. He kept an eye out for anyone with a missing eye.

"I know, Delores. You wanted to talk to Lina, too. But she's hurt." Five said, glancing at the mannequin sitting in the duffel bag beside him.

"No, Mom said that she'd be fine. She should wake up soon. Why am I not by her side like I was back then, you ask? Well, the apocalypse won't wait because Lina's hurt. Even now, the time's ticking."

"Five? Five!!"

Luthor knocked on the window of the van, getting Five's attention. When Five gave him an annoyed look, Luthor opened the front door and attempted to get in. However, his muscular shoulders and large body didn't quite allow that the first time.

"What are you- wait- just a second... Oh, my God..." He muttered, trying to fit inside the van.

"You okay?" He asked, somehow having managed to cram himself into the car.

"You shouldn't be- how did you even know I was here?!" Five questioned.

"Well, there's that guy in the back, and uh... Ro-ro's awake. She told me that the first place that I should look is here." Luthor replied, gesturing to Klaus sitting in the back seat making kissy faces with Delores in his arms.

"Hey! A little privacy, guys. We're really hitting it off back here, you know." Klaus protested.

"Get out!!! You can't be here!!!!! I'm in the middle of something." Five threw an empty beer can at the skinny male, yelling angrily.

"Yeah, in the middle of Ro-ro is she'd been here," Klaus suggested, before earning a glare from his two brothers.

"Ro-ro was looking for you. She was worried because you'd left without leaving her a note." Luthor said, making Five feel guilty.

"I know, I should've left her one before I l-"

"Any luck finding your one-eyed man?" Klaus questioned.

"No."

"What's he talking about?" Luthor asked, confused.

"Does it matter? It's Klaus. What do you want, Luthor? If it's about Lina, tell her that I'll meet her and apologize at dinner." Five replied, already thinking up of ways to apologize to his wife.

"Um, so... Grace may have had something to do with Dad's death. So I need you to come back to the Academy, all right? It's important. And I know that you're worried for Ro-ro, so don't bother acting like you're okay."

"I may not be okay when it comes to Lina being hurt, but you have no concept of what's "important", Luthor." Five retorted, obvious sarcasm lacing his voice.

"Hey!! Did I tell you guys about that time I waxed my ass with chocolate pudding?" Klaus asked to no one in particular, laughing like crazy.

Luthor and Five just made disgusted faces.

"It was so painful." Klaus summed up.

"What are you still doing here?" Luthor questioned.

"What? I- I need an excuse to hang out with my family?"

"We're trying to have a serious conversation."

"What, and I'm incapable of having a serious conversation? Is that what you're saying?" Klaus argued, hurt by their accusations.

"Luthor's got a point, get out." Five chimed in, subtly asking Klaus to leave the van.

And he did while whining like a child the entire way.

"What are you up to, Five?" Luthor interrogated.

"You wouldn't understand even if I told you," Five answered.

"Try me. The last time I checked, I'm still the leader of the family. And if I don't understand from you, I can always go ask Ro-ro to dumb it down for me."

"You stay away from my wife. And Last I checked, I'm twenty-eight years older than you." Five stated.

"...You know what your problem is? You think you're better than us- probably with the exception of Ro-ro. You always have. Even when we were kids. "

Five just nodded, brushing the large man's comments off as he would to dust on his blazer.

"But to speak the truth, you're just as messed up as us. We're all you have, and you know it. And you know what? I'm honestly surprised how an innocent and shy girl like Ro-ro even loves you."

"I don't think I'm better than you, Number One. I know I am. Also, one more thing. My everything is Lina. I'm doing this for her." Five declared coldly.

"Innocent and shy, huh? Sure, she used to be that way back when we were kids. She may still have some aspects like that now, but that's not all of who she is anymore. We've done unimaginable things. Things that you couldn't even comprehend- just to get back here and save you all."

"Right. If Ro-ro is your everything, Why try so hard to save us too?"

"Lina wants everyone to live together happily again. She may not say it out loud, but she misses the times when we were kids." Five explained, leaving the important information of how the family was important to him as well.

TWEET TWEEEEEET-

"Hey!!!! Get back here!!!" A security guard yelled, chasing after Klaus who had an armful of snacks.

"Hey, assholes!!!" Klaus greeted his siblings, who just watched Klaus run like hell on earth with the food in his arms.

"And now, I'm starting to wonder if that was my wisest decision." Five grumbled.
