(A/N) this is just going to be a short filler chapter tehe

Third person POV

(Y/N) was sitting at her table chowing down her waffles.

BANG BANG BANG

(Y/N) got startled at the sudden sound and dropped her delicious waffle on the floor. What the hell...

"(Y/N)-chan!!! Hurry up!" (Y/N) knew that voice. Oikawa. "(Y/N)-channnn!" he continued.

(Y/N) let out a big sigh and walked over to her door. "You're early, Shittykawa!" she yelled as she swung the door open.

"Gomen, gomen. I'm just super excited! I haven't been to the mall in a long time." he replied with joy.

(Y/N) nodded her head in disappointment. "Where's Iwa?" she asked.

"We still have to pick him up." Oikawa responded.

"Whatever, let's hurry up and go."

"Man, I should've stayed home." Iwa complained. "You said you'd pick me up at 1:00. It's 11:00."

Oikawa laughed, "It's alright, Iwa-chan! Besides, we got here before the mall got crowded!"

(Y/N) got impatient and started tugging on both of the boys' jackets. "Come on, I see a kimono shop." she said and pointed to her left.

Oikawa's POV

We entered the kimono shop that (Y/N)-chan seem interested in.

"Wow! This one is really pretty." (Y/N)-chan said to literally almost every kimono she saw.

Iwa-chan and I helped (Y/N)-chan look around. We couldn't find anything. Nothing seemed wowza, you know?

We looked around for about 10 minutes and almost gave up. But, I saw the perfect one in the corner of my eye. I ran up to the kimono to grab it...

Another hand touched mine.

I looked over to see who it was. "I-Iwa-chan? You like this one, too?" I asked.

Iwa-chan clicked his tongue. "Tch. Yeah, I guess..."

(Y/N)-chan walked over to us to see what was happening. Her eyes sparkled as soon as she saw the perfect kimono that was in both mine and Iwa-chan's hands. "Wow! I love this one!"

"Yeah. I chose it... just saying." Iwa-chan said.

I looked at him in shock. "What? No! I chose it, (Y/N)-chan!"

(Y/N)-chan ignored our argument. "I don't care who chose it, it's amazing!"

I couldn't stop myself from blushing.

(Y/N)-chan took the gorgeous teal and white floral kimono and ventured to the dressing room.

Iwa-chan and I were waiting outside of the fitting room. "Ne, Iwa-chan." I said.

"What, Assykawa?" he replied harshly.

"What would happen if..." I started fidgeting with my fingers, "if me and (Y/N)-chan started dating?"

Iwa-chan was taken by surprise. "What do you mean? Are you saying you actually caught feelings for her?" he asked.

What should I say? I don't even know myself. I'm not sure if I've caught feelings for her, but it's not like I dislike the idea of dating. She's beautiful and has a great personality. I thought to myself.

"Hey, Trashykawa?" Iwa-chan asked. "Answer my question, idiot. Do you like her or not?" he questioned with a serious face.

"N-no I don't." I replied hesitantly. "What about you? I've never seen you so soft towards anyone. Especially a girl." I crossed my arms.

"Listen-" Iwa-chan got cut off.

"Do ya like it, guys?" (Y/N)-chan said as she walked out of the stall, wearing the beautiful kimono.

Third person POV

Both of the males sat there, staring at (Y/N).

"Wow! You look absolutely gorgeous, (Y/N)-chan!" Oikawa blurted out.

(Y/N)'s cheeks flustered. "Th-thanks." She then looked over at Iwaizumi for his approval, he was still staring in awe.

Iwaizumi snapped back into it. "H-huh? Oh, yeah y-you look great." he said and looked away.

(Y/N) smiled back him and walked back to the dressing room to change back into her original outfit.

"That'll be 10,000 yen."* said the cashier.

*about $100

"HUUUH?!" said the trio in unison.

In the end, Iwaizumi and Oikawa split the bill as a gift to (Y/N).

(A/N) i know this story isn't making much progress, but it'll get juicy (and super sad) soon. :)

i just have to make sure i don't rush anything because i want you guys to feel their bond get stronger over time, yk?
