"Alriiiiight. Let's settle down now." I said to the three other boys that were still running around. "We were gonna watch a move, right? It's getting late, let's watch it already!"
Makki stopped in his tracks and looked at the clock on the wall, "Sheesh, it's already midnight?"
"Yeah, let's start the movie." Mattsun said as he ran and jumped on the couch.
"What movie is it?" Iwa-chan turned and asked (Y/N)-chan, who was still over my shoulder.
(Y/N)-chan wiggled out of my grip and turned around. She took the DVD box in her hand and put it in front of Iwa-chan. "This one! It looks cooooool!" she exclaimed.
Iwa-chan grabbed the DVD box and observed it, "Ah, this one. I love this movie! Have you watched it before, (Y/N)?" he asked.
(Y/N)-chan nodded her head, "Nope! But it looks really scary!" she said as she jumped up and down.
Makki walked towards her, "Oh ho ho, I never knew you'd be the type that was into scary things."
"A-about that," (Y/N)-chan scratched her head, "I can't do scary whatsoever."
Like me! I can't do scary at all. I thought to myself.
"Oh, we don't have to watch a scary movie if you don't want to." Iwa-chan insisted.
"No, no, no. It's okay! I always feel less scared when I'm watching with other people, plus it's with a bunch of boys I'm comfortable with! I'll be fine." (Y/N)-chan said with a reassuring smile.
"You sure?" Iwa-chan asked. She nodded her head and sat on the carpet in front of the TV. Iwa-chan turned towards me, "What about you, Oi? You're not the type to do scary, huh."
He was right. I was never good with the horror genre. Every single time I watched something even just a little scary, I had thoughts and dreams that I didn't find... pleasant.
"I'll pass for tonight. You guys can watch it. I'll be upstairs." I shrugged and made my way towards Iwa-chan's stair case.
(Y/N)'s POV
As I watched Kawa disappear upstairs, I turned my head back at all three of the remaining boys, "What's up with him?" I asked.
Mattsun shrugged, "Meh, he's always like that. Such a pussy."
"Oh. He hates scary too?" I questioned.
Izumi sat down on the carpet next to me with a handful of blankets. "He was never a fan of that type of stuff." he shrugged as he threw the blankets on the floor, "I don't blame him, really. It matches his personality."
Makki walked in as well with a bunch of pillows. "He usually doesn't sleep for like, two or three days after watching something scary."
"I- I never knew." I said as I grabbed a pillow out of Makki's arms.
Us four set up our sleeping areas and got ready to watch [insert random scary movie here lol]. Mattsun and Makki were laying up on the couch, while me and Izumi were laying on the floor with a load of blankets as cushions.
"You ready? I'm playing it." Izumi said as he hit the 'play' button.

The movie was finally over. Mattsun and Makki fell asleep behind me. Izumi was still awake, though. He stood up and walked towards the TV. He removed the DVD and placed it back inside its box. The ace walked back and layed down next to me.
Me on the other hand, I was- I was I guess you could say traumatized. Not like I saw something inappropriate, but more like I was traumatized thinking that there was something or something watching me at that very moment. What made it worse, was that the TV was the only source of light, but, that was cut off. It was pitch black. Except for Izumi's phone screen.
I was just laying there, underneath my blankets. I was fidgeting with my hands and I kept looking around the room. My legs started to shake and I started breathing heavily. All of these terrifying thoughts crossed my mind. And everytime I closed my eyes, I would see stuff I did NOT want to see.
A hand slid under my blanket and grabbed my cold hand, "You okay?" Izumi chuckled. "You're practically shaking."
"I-I'm fine. Just a little stunned is all." I said, trying not to sound like the scaredy cat I am.
Izumi placed his phone down and rolled his eyes. His grip on my hand became tighter. "If you're scared, you could've chosen another movie."
"I'm fine, I'm fine!" I cried, trying to sound as trustworthy as possible.
His grip loosened and he let go. "Yeah, yeah. Well, I'm going to sleep. Just wake me up if you need anything." Izumi turned around so that his back faced me.
Every little noise or movement made my heart skip beats. I didn't want to think about the movie I just watched, but everytime I calm myself down, the jumpscare scenes keep replaying in my head. I didn't think I was gonna sleep tonight. All three boys that were downstairs were asleep, and I didn't hear anything from upstairs, so I assumed that Kawa was asleep. That left me being the only one awake, in pitch blackness.
Just the thought of that sent shivers down my spine. But, I finally came to the fact that I needed sleep. But, like I said, when I close my eyes I see [insert whatever scary thing that was in the movie you chose].
I had no choice but to sling onto Izumi back for assistance. He's sleeping, right? He won't notice a thing.
"(Y/N)?" He asked.
"I- Izumi, you're awake?" I whispered yelled.
Izumi turned his body around, "Well, I wanted to make sure you were able to get some sleep."
I let out a light laugh, "I can't sleep."
"Oh? I knew you were scared." He teased. He then did the unexpected.
Izumi wrapped his big arms around me and pulled me in closer to his chest. "See, look. Now those [whatever scary thing]s can't get you anymore. I mean, not like they were in the first place, but you get the point. Get some rest now."
His body was warm and it made me feel safe. I let out a relieved sigh, "Thanks, Izumi." I said as I cuddled in closer.
My gut feeling told me I was safe, at least in his arms. I could hear his heartbeat. It had a soft rhythm to it that slowly sang me to sleep.
