Yes, pervs. Now that I have your attention...
I'll admit it... This bookscreams cliche, but I don't care. It came to me partially formed, as a dream about 6 years ago (so Harry is ~19/20 in this story) and that's when I started writing it. In my dream, I was the girl (hence main characters super creative name, but I would love for you to picture her as yourself or create your own version of her). Although I didn't (and still don't) consider myself a die-hard Directioner, I couldn't stop daydreaming about what it would really be like to meet Harry; this insanely handsome, funny and charismatic guy. I simply had to get it out on pen and paper, so I wove my dream into the beginning of this fan fiction. The beginning was originally posted on harrystylesfanfiction.
Fast forward 6 years and I randomly started listening to Harry's new music and I felt inspired to find my old fan fic story and keep at it. Needless to say, a lot has happened in that time (1D are no more, but Harry is killing it as a solo artist) so it was kind of hard to pick up where I left it. Nethertheless, I had to try and stay true to my original dream/story, so I kept the characters ages. Certain aspects (mainly songs released since then) will be out of their true timeline, so please don't get too caught up in that.
Just enjoy it for what it is- a cliche fantasy full of every fan girls wildest Harry Styles dreams summed up in a quick and dirty read.
It's pretty fast paced! For those of you who actually enjoy the book and keep reading, please vote and comment and let me know if this quick pace is confusing to follow (especially around chapter 17 onwards) and if you think I should put more time into fleshing it out/building and developing the characters relationship further.

Quick note about the cover:
It used to be a plain image of Harry singing, lights in the background but that was too simple and boring. So I updated it to be two images (which briefly describe our main love interests) superimposed over one another; one of a girl on the beach walking into the sunset with a surfboard in hand and the other of Harry, a guitar in hand. The imagery of the cover work is telling the story that their lives are overlapping, and how they fit together, we don't yet know. The sunset, the colours and the softness of Harry playing an acoustic guitar in this image are to set the scene for romance.
