Yerin's POV

A week have passed but Sinb was still not waking up. Sowon eonnie and Eunha went home because they've been staying here for how many days already.

Umji and Yuju went to the company to fix some files. They all said that they'll be visiting us after their jobs.

I am just sitting on the chair near Sinb's bed. She still looks pale and weak. "Hey, please wake up. We all miss you. It's been a week already" I told her. I don't know if she'll be able to hear me. I held her right hand and bowed my head down.

I started to cry. "Wake up Sinb" I told her and continued crying. After a while, I felt her fingers moving slowly. "W-w-why are y-you c-crying?" she asked me smiling thinly while gently patting my head.

"S-Sinb, stay here, I'll call the doctors" I told her and called the doctors. After 2 minutes the doctors and nurses came in our room and did some check-ups on Sinb.

"Good thing she did not lost some of her memories. She's still weak so don't make her move or talk to much" the doctor said and left the room. I went back to my seat.

"H-h-how are y-you? D-did they h-hurt you? W-w-what did t-they d-do to y-you?" she asked me. I cried harder. How can she think of my condition when she's the one who's weak?

"W-w-why are y-you c-crying?" she asked me. "D-did t-they hurt y-you? I'll f-fight them" she added.

"I-I'm fine now thanks to you. I'm sorry" I told her while crying. "D-don't b-be sorry, it makes my h-heart aches" she told me while wiping my tears using her thumb.

"How long did I slept?" she asked me. "A week" I told her. "I'll call Sowon eonnie and the others" I told her and stood up but she stopped me. "S-stay with me first. Just message them" she told me. I just listened to her.

"W-what h-happened?" I asked her. She looked at me and gave me her phone. "D-don't look at it if you don't want" she said.

I opened her phone and went to the gallery section. There I saw photos and videos of Sinb being punched and being hit by objects.

"W-why didn't you say that?" I asked her. "W-which one?" she asks me. "You should've told them that you'll give up on me so that they won't fight you. I'm just your secretary." I told her.

She smiled thinly and shook her head. "Why would I? They'll still hurt me if I said it. Also you're not just my secretary" she mumbled the last sentence but I heard it.

"I'll sleep first" I told her and went to the couch. "No" she said. I looked at her. She patted her bed. "You sleep here" she said. "W-why?" I asked her. "It's uncomfortable there, also you're hospital bed's not here anymore so sleep here. The bed's quite spacious. Good enough for the 2 of us" she said.

"N-no, I'm fine here" I told her. "Your back, neck and shoulders will ache so sleep here" she said. I just nodded as a sign of defeat.
