Sirius awoke to light streaming in from the windows, Elias was sat on the bed Sirius had made for him, reading the book Ollie had lent him.

"You talk in your sleep." Elias commented without looking up.

"Thanks." Sirius frowned as he stretched. "How did you sleep?"

"Well  thank you." Elias sounded surprised he had been asked such a thing. "You and I need to talk I have had a brilliant idea!"

"Okay, go on then." Sirius sat up with another stretch of his arms, his back clicking as he did so.

"Not here, meet me by the tombs in ten minutes." Elias was already half way out of the window.

"Oh alright, but you have to buy me breakfast." Sirius told him.

"I think I can do that darling." Elias winked at him before climbing out if the window.

"Oh for the love of Merlin." Sirius sighed as grabbed another large t-shirt and shorts and headed into the bathroom.

Seven and a half minutes later exactly, Sirius was on his way down the stairs, his hair sticking up everywhere as it dried.

"Where are you off to?" Jane asked, appearing in the doorway to the living room as he unlocked the door.

"I'm going for a walk." Sirius replied with a shrug, hoping she bought his lie, although it wasn't really a lie, he did have to walk to the tombs.

"I thought Aro told you not to leave the house?" She asked.

"Why do you care so much?" Sirius asked back. "I'm just going for a walk."

"Don't be late back." She replied, not answering his question. "Ollie and I are making a lasagne."

"I won't!" Sirius replied as he finally left the house and headed to the tombs. He was only three minutes late.

"Brilliant, come on let's get some breakfast." Sirius followed Elias into a little cafe off the high street. He ordered them breakfast and coffee and then they sat down in the corner of the room. "Alright, here's my idea." Elias grinned, he was sat opposite Sirius, who was looking at him with an expression of slight confusion. "You don't want to fight for you know who, do you?" Elias' voice was barely a whisper, but Sirius could still hear him.

"No, of course not." Sirius couldn't figure out what Elias was getting at.

"So why don't we play them at there oen game, we're both smart and powerful, why don't we act as almost 'double agents'. Theres a group starting back up, called the order of the pheonix. Dumbledore is worried that voldemort is going to return, so he's got the order together, we could feed them information." Elias reached for Sirius' hand. Sirius didn't pull his hand away. "Do you understand what I'm saying. I'm part of the order now Sirius, you could feed us information. You could help keep Harry safe."

The waitress arrived with their breakfast, looking fairly disgusted at the pair of them. Sirius sipped his coffee as he considered what Elias had told him. "I can help keep Harry safe?"

"Of course." Elias nodded. "You can fight for what is right, rather than what Aro is forcing you to do."

Sirius thought for a moment, before nodding. "Okay, yeah... but how do we do that without him knowing?" He sighed. "If he finds out, he'll kill me."

"You're really scared of him, aren't you?"

"Are you kidding? Of course I am!"

"Don't worry about him, leave it to me. We can't stop you know who from returning, he's powerful, but we can help your brother stop him."Elias told him.

"Does it have to be Harry?" Sirius asked he took his hand out of Elias' as he cupped his mug of coffee tightly.

"He has a prophecy that says so." Elias told him.

"But who says prophecies have to be followed?" Sirius asked.

"You know who will hunt him down whether he wants to take up his destiny or not." Elias said. "We can't stop that, but we can work to stop the death eaters and allow Harry to kill him."

"Its really happening, isn't it? Theres going to be another war? Like the one my parents fought in."

"I think so, yes." Elias nodded. "And you can help, more than a lot of people. With the information you collect."

"How do you know about that?" Sirius frowned, something was making him uneasy.

"Because I know you." Elias smiled and then frowned. "Sirius what's wrong?"

"We need to get out of here." Sirius replied, he didn't say anything else, just stood up abruptly and headed to the busy street ahead, Elias following him quickly.

"Sirius?" Elias asked once they'd taken refuge in a small alley way. Sirius was painting as though he'd just run a mile. "What did you see?"

"Um... I don't... I can't..." Sirius muttered.

"Focus, its okay." Elias had a hand on his shoulder.

"It was... I dont know his name it was so dark... he was a death eater... um he's looking for something... no someone. He's looking for someone." Sirius muttered. "Its hard to see."

"Its okay, has he gone?" Elias asked gently.

"Yeah, yeah he's gone now." Sirius nodded. Without really thinking he reached out and wrapped his arms around Elias, needed the comfort usually given to him by Ollie.

"You're okay darling, I promise." Elias hugged him back. "He's gone."

"There was something not quite right about him." Sirius mumbled into Elias's chest.

"Did you get a name?" Elias asked, he was holding Sirius tightly, noting how he needed someone to comfort him.

"Thats the thing. I got Barty Crouch." Sitius finally let go of the elder boy. "But that's impossible, because I would have picked up on minister for magic. And I didn't."
