Ollie frowned at the intense feeling of fear that had just come over him.

"Are you Alright?" A voice from beside him asked. It was Cedric Diggory, who he had of course been told to sit next to in their transfiguration lessons. The boy who had Sirius' heart.

"I can't... I cant explain it, but Sirius is in trouble." Ollie told him, Cedric's eyes widened and he called Professor McGonagall over at once.

"Everything Alright Mr Diggory?" She asked kindly.

"Sirius is in trouble Professor, we need to go now." Ollie said urgently.

"Very well." She nodded. "Continue working I will be right back." She called to the class, before ushering the two out of the class.

"Where is he Oliver?" She asked, she too seemed to understand the fear and urgency in Ollie's words.

"This way." Ollie led them down the corridor and up the stairs, to professor Moody's office.

"He said Moody was dangerous." Cedric's breath hitched, he was terrified for what he might see. Ollie shoved open the door.

"Imperio." Moody had his wand pointed at Sirius, who was huddled in a corner, tears running down his cheeks. The pain in his expression melted away as his eyes glazed over and went blank. Cedric covered his mouth in horror. Only McGonagall seemed able to move.

"Expelliarmus!" She yelled, disarming the ex-auror at once, and breaking the curse upon Sirius. Cedric ran to his boyfriend, closely followed by Ollie.

"Sirius, Siri." Cedric crouched in front of Sirius, trying to bring him round from the curse. "Hey, hey I'm here. It's okay." He placed a hand on the soft skin of his boyfriends cheek. "I'm here." It didn't seem to work, fear exploded in Cedric's heart as he tried again. "Sirius, you're safe now."

Slowly, as though watching a flame grow, clarity appeared in Sirius' eyes. "Ced?" He whispered. Cedric let out a sigh of relief, bundling him into his arms and holding him tightly, kissing him repeatedly on the side of the head, as though scared to ever let him go.

"I thought we'd lost you for a second." Cedric breathed, letting go of Sitius for a moment so he could check him over for injuries. Sirius noticed Ollie sat beside them.

"You came." He said with a small smile.

"I promised didn't I?" Ollie asked, Sirius just hugged him tightly.

"You saved my life."

"I'm just glad you're alright." Ollie breathed, savouring the moment with the boy in his arms.

McGonagall, who had finished berating Moody, came over to them. "Take him to the hospital wing boys, I want him to be fully health checked and then the three of you are to take the rest of the day off, I will notify your teachers on what has happened."

Cedric nodded and tried to help Sirius up, but the boy flatly refused.

"Sirius, come on we need to go." He said gently. "Moody's gone."

"It hurt Ced." He whispered, "I'm scared."

"I know." Cedric murmured, "but Ollie and I will be right here, every step of the way." He brushes Sirius' fringe with his fingers. "Will you try, for me?"

Sirius nodded slowly and Ollie and Cedric carefully got him up off the floor. It took a bit more persuasion on Cedric's part, but at last they made it to the hospital wing and explained what had happened to a very horrified Madame Pomfrey.

"He's still a little out of it, I imagine he will be for the rest of the day." She said once she had examined Sirius closely. "Unforgivable curses are a tricky thing, and to have the imperious curse straight after the cruciatus curse, we're lucky he snapped out of it as quickly as he did."

"But he'll be okay?" Cedric asked, he hadn't let go of Sirius' hand the entire time.

"With rest, and that goes for the three of you." She told them, both boys nodded.

"Alright, I'm satisfied you'll look after him and one another, you may go." She discharged them. "I wish there was something to do for the pain, but Aro's enchantments stop that."

"You know?" Ollie asked with a frown.

"Of course I know, on his first day when he started getting them he came to me about it, bless him. Had no idea what was happening." She said fondly. "Right, off you go."

On their way to the hufflepuff common room, Cedric noticed Ollie pause.

"Come with us Ollie, you might as well." He offered, Ollie looked unsure.

"I don't want to intrude." He replied.

"Nonsense, come on." Cedric told him. He entered the common room and headed straight to his dorm, Ollie following.

Ollie watched with a guarded expression as Cedric sat down on his bed with Sirius' head on his lap. "We're in our safe space now." Cedric whispered to the younger boy. "Its okay." Sirius was already half asleep at that point, his body finding sleep to be the only respite it would get from the fear and pain of the day. "Sit down Ollie." Cedric gestured to the place opposite him on the bed.

"Does he sleep up here with you?" Ollie looked slightly alarmed. Cedric nodded.

"I can't sleep without him by my side, and he can't sleep without me." He explained. "I can't explain it."

"Is it just you up here?" Ollie looked from Cedric's bed to Edward's with a frown.

"Just Edward, his girlfriend Leah comes up here sometimes. They're in a similar situation to us I think." Cedric replied. "There aren't many Hufflepuffs in our year."

"Yeah." Ollie nodded, looking back at Sirius. "I try and help as much as I can, but Aro..."

"He's pain in the ass." Cedric nodded. "I hate him, Sirius is so scared of him, and all the stuff you all have to do, it's not fair."

"Thanks Cedric."

"For what?"

"Everything."
