Chapter 6

- You and Bell are currently in the dungeon out of prying eyes, glad that you two made it after all the things that happened. Many adventurers eyed you up because of the rumor, while some were actually brave enough to pick a fight, you were really pissed off because you have to act all weak, but alas you made it and now, you and Bell are currently fighting kobolds -

"I almost killed a God. What gives them the right to bully me?" You grumble while effortlessly breaking the neck of the kobolds with your bare hands

"Still mad about the other adventurers?" Bell asks with a concerned look

"Yea! They're lucky, Ms. Eina told me to hold back if not, they wouldn't see the light of day again." You complained

"Don't worry, I'm sure, once the guild finds a solution, you won't have to hide anymore." Bell reassures you with a smile

- You chuckle at his positive behavior, for hours you two just killed kobolds, after you remember something you heard from the other adventurers while walking to the dungeon -

"Say Bell, why did the other adventurers call you the tomato kid?" You asked Bell tensed up after hearing this

"Well... You see." Bell started

- Bell explained what happened, while you bear trapped any kobold that spawns to make sure the story won't get interrupted, after the story, you let out a laugh, Bell was starting to notice the lack of kobolds, so you quickly despawned the bear traps and stood up -

"Nice story Bell, but don't let the other adventurers get to you." you say

"Wow! I should be the one telling you that after you almost killed the last group of adventurers who mocked you." He says laughing

"You didn't see anything." You say to him in a jokingly manner

- You picked up all the magic stones of the kobolds you killed and asked Bell if he's ready to go home, he agreed still confused as to why they were so many scattered around -

*Timeskip*

- Bell got his status updated his ability scores went up a total of 160 points, you and Bell are both celebrating this moment, but you noticed that Hestia wasn't happy, she stood up, but Bell called her -

"G-Goddess? Um.. Well.. So, well.. Why did I grow so much, so quickly?" Bell meekly asks

"Don't ask me!" Hestia snapped grabbing her coat and putting it on

- We both tried calling for her and getting her attention, but she just ignored us until Bell asked a question that made Hestia flinch -

"Goddess? Where are you going?" Bell asks

"A-A party with my co-workers!" She responds angrily

- You and Bell were both clueless as to what's happening right now, Hestia finally turned around and said -

"You two can go have a wonderful dinner and a great time all by yourself!" She shouts pointing at us before running away

- You two are both confused and surprised at how Hestia acted, Bell increased his stats, and she should be happy about that. You both just shrugged it off and went to the pub -

*Timeskip*

- You and Bell are now in front of the pub looking at all the other adventurers -

'Hostess of Fertility, what an odd name for a pub.' You thought until you heard a girl's voice

"You're that adventurer, and you brought a friend too!" She says as she peaks out of the front door

"I haven't introduced myself." She continues as she walks over to you two

"My name is Syr Flover." She said as she did a polite bow

- You both jaw-dropped at the quantity of the pasta served to both of you. You looked up to Mia Grand, but she just smiled at you -

"So you're Syr's friends?" She asks still with a smile

"You both are pretty cute, for an adventurer." She continues while Bell is still surprised at the amount of pasta

"Please leave me alone." Bell replies

- Bell starts to count the price of the food, he was deep in thought, when Mia dropped a plate of fried catfish, surprising him, you laugh at his reaction and patted his back -

"Don't worry, Bell, we got 120,000 valis from the crystals." You reassured him

"That's right! You two are still young and need lots of food to keep you energized and always ready for the dungeon." She says walking away to tend to the other customers

"Well? Are you having fun?" Syr says surprising both of us

"I'm a little overwhelmed..." Bell says getting another laugh from you

- Syr explains that she loves meeting new people while you both eat listening to her, Bell is still sad about the money wasted here rather than helping the Familia -

"*Sigh* come on Bell, you're bringing the mood down, let's just celebrate and try to get more Valis tomorrow." You reassured him again

- Suddenly a waitress at the pub with cat features declares that the customers with reservations have arrived, it turns out to be the Loki Familia, as they walk inside all the adventurers have all their eyes on them, especially Bell who had his eyes on the Sword Princess -

"The Loki Familia! One of the strongest Familia's alongside Ishtar and Freya." An elf adventurer say to you

'Not for long.' You thought chuckling to yourself

- You went back to eating, but Bell just stood there admiring the Sword Princess while Syr talks to him, you look at the Loki Familia, and thought -

'If I remember correctly, my best friend joined the Loki Familia, where is she?' You thought

- You tried to remember what she looked like but could barely remember her name, all the years of just revenge in your mind messed up with your head -

'Was it Ais Wallen... Wal- stine?' You thought, but you were snapped back to reality by their loud laughs

- You listened in on their conversation, and hear them talking about Bell, you look at him and see him clenching his fists in anger, the wolf guy kept shouting to the group how weak the kid is, in anger, He stands up and tries to run away, but you grab him. This caught the attention of the Loki Familia especially the wolf guy -

"Look at who we have here! It's tomato dork and... it's that dude claiming to be level 20, this is grand!" He shouts as he walks over

- You are starting to get angry, you got bullied in the morning by other adventurers, and you don't want that to happen again -

"I'll deal with you later tomato dork, right now we need to teach this liar a lesson." He says to Bell before turning to you

"So, you're level 20! Why don't you fight me so we can truly see what level you are!" He says pushing you

"Bete! Stop this behavior at once!" The elf orders

"Don't worry Riveria, I'm just teaching these weaklings to respect the stronger adventurers like us!" He replies

- You snapped. Rage returned, you look at the guy still having his cocky grin, in demonic speeds, you grab his neck and raise him up the ground like a toy and start to strangle him -

"Bete!" Loki shouted in concern

- The Loki Familia tried to pry Bete of your grasp, but their strength is little to none compared to a level 20, Bete started to turn purple and is slowly losing his consciousness, for their last effort Gareth picked up his Grand Axe and brought it down on your arm, but something unbelievable happened -
