There is only one page left to write on. I will fill it with words of only one syllable. I love. I have loved. I will love.

Defne
It wasn't even 7a.m. and she was already losing it. She was closer to Ömer than she planned, she thought as she put a packet of frozen peas on his jaw, it was surprisingly red.
'I'm really sorry about this,' she wasn't, really. He had it coming, but she was a mother now, and it seemed like the appropriate thing to say. She felt a twinge of guilt, but she ignored it.
'No need to apologize. We both know I deserved it. It was nothing, it makes me feel better actually,' he held the packet higher on his face. She hated that he agreed with her, the stuborn side of her didn't want them to agree on anything.
Also, she didn't want him to feel better, even if it was by getting his face punched. She had completely forgotten about the time when she entered the bathroom to try and stop the tears she knew were filling her eyes after finally seeing Ömer and his son together for the first time. So she only heard the doorbell and Ömer faintly saying he was going to see who it was.
She forgot she has to go to work. She forgot that either Nihan or Iso were baby sitting for her today. Of course it was Iso, because her life was always going to be dramatic in one way or another. Allah help her.
Then she got to the living room only in time to see Iso punching Ömer right in the face three times exactly two seconds after he opened the door. To be fait, Iso had warned her that if he ever saw Ömer again, he was punching him. More than once.
And now she was there watching him icing his perfectly bearded jaw. Will anything go according to her plans? Was she cursed? It was all so unfair. Thankfully, Iso woke up, blessedly, and she had something to do with herself. It was all too easy to feel Ömer's sadness. She knew she made many mistakes. She knew she caused him a great deal of pain. But when it all ended for him, a whole other storm began in her life. It turned out to be the greatest storm of her life, but still. She felt she was entitled to guard herself.
He just got there, he had a lot to get used to, a child changed your world. It changed the very center of her life, and she was so grateful for that. After Ömer left, she was a shell of herself, she was left with nothing, she was empty. Iso forced her to come back to life, she found something to live for again. She ate because of him, she hydrated because of him, she studied for a new job because of him, she became a director of logistics thinking of her son's future. She lived for him while she tried to learn how to live for herself again.
