*BEE'S POV*
We all got into Emma's car and started to drive to the park that Emma had gone to a lot when she was depressed and going through a lot of things. She put in Sam Smith's In The Lonely Hour cd I had gotten her for Christmas last year, she skipped through all the songs until she got to her favorite song on the album, I've Told You Know. Emma sang along with the cd while she kept her eyes on the road the whole time.
When the song was over she kept the cd going still singing to all of the songs, because I know she listens to the cd 24/7. We drove for 15 more minutes and we finally arrived at a large park with a playground, a pavilion, and a creek that was further away from the playground. We all got out of the car and ran over to the playground, I ran up the steps and slid down a small slide that was off the right side of the playground.
"EMMA HURRY UP YOU SLOW POKE." Jordan screamed as he swung on the monkey bars.
"You guys are such children." Emma said while laughing and everyone laughed.
"That's offensive." I said putting a hand on my chest.
"My brother is 23 years old and he is on the swings like he is 10 again." Emma said pointing at Josh and he started laughing.
"Okay, so maybe you have a point." Mitchell said and Emma nodded. She joined us on the playground and she started climbing onto of the whole playground.
"What the hell are you doing?" Jordan asked staring at her intently while she pulled herself on top of a slide and standing on it.
"I'm trying to get on top of his roof thing, but I have to do a leap of faith." Emma said and we all gasped besides Josh because he didn't get the joke.
"No, you can't. It's too risky." I said yelling.
"It must be done." Emma said and took a deep breath. She jumped and it felt like everything went into slow motion.
"No." Mitchell yelled drawling out his 'o' like he was in slow motion. Emma landed on the rim of the roof and she grasped on top a little thing of plastic and pulled herself up from that.
"God don't do that Emma." Josh yelled and came on to the playground.
"You've seen me do this millions of times, don't act like this is my first time doing this." Emma said standing up and looking at the view.
"How's the view from up there?" I asked Emma trying to get up to where she was, but I was failing miserably.
"Amazing, you guys really need to get your asses up here." Emma said and with that we all tried to get to where she was, Jordan and Josh were successful in getting up there, but for Mitchell and I it was a bit hard.
"Do you guys need help?" Josh asked and Mitchell and I nodded. Josh chuckled and pulled me up to where he was, then he pulled up Mitchell, but he needed Jordan to help him because Mitchell is a guy and he weighs more than me. Once we were all up there we looked at the view Emma was looking at and it was breath taking. Behind the creek was a line of trees that looked like it went into a forest, there was a lot of land spreading around the playground and it was all green and luscious.
"Wow." Jordan breathed out.
"Yeah." I said in response.
"So you guys like the view?" Emma asked and we all said yes.
"Actually I love it, but everyone else just likes it." Mitchell said and we all laughed.
"You're such a goof." Josh said ruffling Mitchell's hair.
"Hey, don't do that." Mitchell yelled and smoothed down his hair. We stood up on the roof for a few more minutes and then we finally decided to get down and go to the silver bean thing. That is what I like to call it, also saying I don't know what it is actually called.
