*AUTHORS NOTE*
Most of the chapters (for now) are going to be in Jordan's point of view because what has happened to Emma. I'm sorry if you don't like what happened to Emma, but that's just how I want to story line to go and I'm really sorry if you hate me for what I wrote. Hopefully it didn't make you stop reading my story because I'm going to spoil it a bit, but it doesn't end here. It will go back to Emma's point of view eventually, but for now it's not. Thank you for reading this little authors note.
"Hey Bayani, what's up?" Poke said into the phone, he sounded really happy.
"Nothing much,but I have some bad news." I said leaning back in my chair.
"What's wrong?" Poke asked, his voice now growing less happier than it was.
"It's Emma, she tried commiting suicide and we think it may have worked. The paramedics said she wasn't breathing when they picked her up in the ambulance so we're waiting for the doctors to come out and give us an update on what's going on." I said explaining all that I knew to Poke.
"Oh god, where are you guys now?" He asked worried.
"At St. Jude's hospital, if you could come now I would really appreciate it and I know everyone else who is here would too." I said.
"Okay, I'll be there as soon as I can." Poke said. I hung up and put my phone on my lap. I looked at the other guys and they were all on the phone so I waited for one of them to hang up so I could ask who to call next. Tomahawk finally took his phone down from his ear.
"Hey Tomahawk, who should I call next?" I asked him.
"Call Brayden and Mitch." He said and I nodded. I turned on my phone again and went to Brayden's contact. He answered on the third ring and I told him the story, he said that he was with Mitch, Ryan, and Graser. I told him to bring them with him to the hospital, but it's up to him. After everyone had called the people from the Cube and everyone else who we had hung out with.
Will arrived right after I called Brayden and he rushed over to me.
"Have you heard anything yet?" He asked taking a seat next to me.
"No, we've been waiting for about 30 minutes." I said sighing.
"I'm sorry this happen." Will said looking at me.
"Me too, I wish I could've done something." I said putting my head in my hands.
"We all do Jordan, it's not just you who feels this way." Will said and looked at the floor. After an hour everyone was here sitting in the chairs or on the floor. A doctor came out and looked at all of us.
"Who is Jordan here?" He asked.
"I am." I said standing up and so does everyone else.
"Emma is doing fine now, her attempt didn't work, but it almost did. Kid if it wasn't for you she would've been dead. You should feel special." The doctor said patting my shoulder. I sighed in relief at what he said.
"Can we see her?" I asked him.
"She's sleeping now, but if you come in tomorrow you will be able to." He said. I nodded and looked at the floor smiling. I saved her life, I was the one who kept her alive. I pulled out Emma's phone and dialed Josh's number. He didn't answer so I left him a voice mail.
"Hey Josh, the doctor just told us that Emma is okay, but if I didn't find her at the time I did she probably would be dead. I don't know where you are right now, but when you get this please call. She can have visitors tomorrow so if you're here tomorrow you can ride with my friend Will and I." I hung up and put her phone back in my pocket.
