"My babies!"

You snuggle into your Aunt's arms, hugging her tightly. Aika was on her opposite side, clinging to her waist.

You had just arrived at your Aunt Elizabeths house, and you were ecstatic. You and your sister had been up all night not being able to sleep with excitement. Your Aunt was the one who had been your main caretaker after your parents disappeared and to be honest, you thought of her as more of a parental figure than anything.

"Cici!" You had your arms wrapped around her neck, nearly choking her, but she didn't mind. After a few moments, Aika released from the hug, you soon following. You picked up your bags and rolled them inside, a bounce in your step from pure joy. Elizabeth was a well-rounded woman. Long red, fiery hair adorned her face and reached her lower back, but she always kept it braided, saying she thought it made her look like an elven warrior.

Her tanned skin was dotted with star-like freckles, as well as tiny face diamonds that she put all over her cheeks. To you, she looked like a cottage princess, and you loved that about her. Her aura was always too safe and welcoming, and you always enjoyed going to her house when you were younger, and nothing about that has changed.

Her outfits were always very unique, but today she wore a pale yellow silk dress that went to her knees. It reminded you of a field of flowers, which she always smelled like. Her quirk was fertilizer, explaining why she always smelt like a well-kept garden.

To put things into context, you had ridden for 3 hours into the countryside to see your Aunt. For the first half, you traveled on your usual bullet train, however, when you had reached around the second half of the ride, you and your sister rode a traditional train, which you used to love doing when you were little, and you still did. The reason for this was that the only route to your Aunt's house hadn't installed the fancy trains yet. Your Aunt enjoyed that quite a bit, and you agreed with her completely. Putting a bunch of industrial machinery out on this beautiful grove would completely ruin it.

After you had placed your luggage in the room Aunt Elizabeth had set aside just for you and your sister, you plopped down on the plush vanilla couch in the floral living room, sighing with contentment as you lay on your stomach. You knew for sure that the next two days were going to provide you with time to relax and calm your nerves, especially with all the stuff going on in your life right now.

Aika soon joined you, sitting down gracefully on the comfortable-looking chair that matched the couch. You could tell she was trying to act all petite like, but you knew that was far from how she usually acted. Just then, an idea popped into your head on how you could annoy her.

You smirked, poking her in the ribs. Aika yelped, snapping her head to glare at you. "What?"

You rolled onto your back looking at her upsidedown. "Why're you acting all perfect?" She flushed, looking at the baby blue carpet when there was a knock at the door. You craned your neck to look out the stained glass window, coming to find it was a local delivery boy, Taku Fujioka.

The Fujioka family was a family of prestigious farmers, claiming to raise the best products in the whole of Japan, and they weren't lying. Aunt Elizabeth usually grew her food, but when she did buy, it was always from the Fujioka's.

Despite coming from a very successful family, Taku was very soft-spoken and polite, and he was always a pleasure to have him around. You, Taku, and Aika had grown up together, and you thought of him as a little brother, and you treated him accordingly. You often greeted him by ruffling his hair or giving him a big bear hug.
