Chapter Five: Dog Days

Bakugou's pov
     (Y/n)'s class left before our class. We continued to do our self training for around twenty more minutes before class 1-B came in. We left the training grounds and went to change. As I was buttoning up my shirt, I noticed a light blinking on my phone.
     I finished putting on my uniform and opened up my phone, finding messages from (Y/n).

Angel Face: hey
Angel Face: uh this is kinda weird
Angel Face: but do you mind coming over?
Angel Face: I need some help with something

     'She needs my help? What is it?' My mind started to wander to the more impure side. I felt my face flush the more I thought. "What's up, bro? Your face is so red. Are you sick?" Shitty hair asked.

"Fuck off!" I shouted, throwing an explosion in his face; mine growing more red because of what I was thinking about.

"You wanna hang out with us, Bakubro?" Dunce face asked excitedly.

"Eat shit and die! I'm busy!" I huffed, stomping out of the changing room.

     Once out of the room, I pulled out my phone to respond to her.

Me: I'll be there soon

Angel Face: oh man you're the best ❤
Angel Face: thank you so so much

     I blushed heavily seeing the heart along with what she said. "For fuck's sake..." I clenched my shirt before briskly walking towards (Y/n)'s home.

     I knocked on her door, waiting. There was a rustle inside before she opened the door. Her face was slightly red and her hair was slightly disheveled, not helping the thoughts I had of her. A bright smile was on her face as she saw it was me. "Oh, thank God you're here. Come in!" She pulled me into her house.

"What'd you need..." I trailed off, finding a puppy throwing a pillow around with his mouth.

"I don't know what to do with him. He was just in the woods, and I can't find his owner." She sighed heavily.

     I mentally punched myself in the gut for thinking dirty. "I'll take care of it." I said

     She nodded gratefully and went to straighten up her living room. I would sneak glances at her as I tamed the wild puppy. "You're so good with him. Do you have any dogs?" She asked, staring at me.

"No, I don't." I pat the small animal's head. "But I used to dog sit for my aunt sometimes."

"Wow, really? How was it? Was it fun?" She smiled largely.

"Except whenever it pissed on the floor." I huffed.

"Pfft." She covered her mouth with the back of her hand. "You're really funny."

     I felt my heart speed up at her angelic laugh and compliment. The puppy now waddled to her. "Ooh, look at your cute little ears doing a bouncy bouncy!" She laughed, moving her hands up and down like the dog's ears were.

     She motioned for me to sit next to her on the couch, which I did. "You know, I'm not really good with dogs. They're kinda like kids. I'm also not good with those." She rubbed her chin like she was thinking.
