Chapter 38

*No One's POV*

It had been two days since the world spiraled into shock and confusion. All for One was dead, All Might retired, who the fuck was this Homura girl, why and how the hell does Homura have One for All, students were being visited to see if they could move into dorms, All for One's base had been invaded, and then the biggest thing circling around Japan...

Riki Aizawa was still missing.

It's been a day and a half of Riki still remaining missing. The police have been trying to find her, but they had zero clues...until they searched the bar again. The police found Riki's clothes that she wore the day she was kidnapped, along with a contact lens case. Shouta was confused, knowing that Riki didn't need contacts so he suggested that she was put into a disguise.

Oh, they had no idea how big this was.

They overlooked the reason of her disguise. Not once did anyone think that Riki Aizawa would be dressed up as Tomura Shigaraki and be revealed to the world as her ex-name: Homura.

The police still searched the areas around the bar, asking people if they had seen her. They even asked to look at cameras that shop owners had. Not once did they see someone come from the bar at the time of the attack.

Then...the police got a call saying that All for One's base was the next city over, hidden in a mountain. It's wasn't long before news stations, reporters, police, ambulances, swat teams, and a bunch of heroes showed up to the mountainside. The swat team and heroes went into the long hallway first. It was obvious that someone had already been there, it being presumed that this was done by the caller.

The swat team and heroes were absolutely horrified when they searched all the floors. The third floor was the worst...but when they went down to the fourth...

"This just in, All for One's lab has been discovered. An anonymous person called the authorities to the mountainside in a neighboring city, claiming to be in All for One's lab. When the authorities and heroes arrived, it was confirmed that this was indeed a quirk experimental lab run by All for One and a bunch of scientists. Three floors held victims, while the fourth floor held what appeared to be a Nomu factory." A reporter said, her voice echoing through the streets as horrified citizens watched her on TV after TV.

It had been announced that it was most likely the caller who had broken into the lab, already knowing of its existence, and seemed to have possibly killed all the workers there, leaving rotting bodies. Then, this mysterious person left roses on the individuals who had most likely died in their presence. The mystery person was said to be a good person as they tried to save the people who were alive. But it was still a huge mystery to all.

It truly was a shame that no one there knew what Riki's death quirk looked like. If there was, then maybe they could've saved everyone from the incredibly horrific future that was to come.

Everyone, especially Aizawa, was having a hard time coping with Riki being missing. School was about start soon and students were going to move into dorms. Aizawa has been restless, out from sunset to sunrise, searching for Riki, only to come back empty handed. The cops haven't found anything either, the entire force being swamped as they tried to clear out All for One's lab, figure out who this Homura girl is, and find Riki who had been missing for two days.

The world spun slowly as questions and theories have been flowing rapidly about Homura. Some believed she was good, some believed she was bad. It drove everyone crazy knowing that nothing could be set in stone yet. She hadn't made a name of herself. Sure, she saved All Might...but she sounded insane as she murdered All for One on live TV, walking away with Tomura in the end.
